The rating system is flawed and established to punish home owners. if you report damage or there is a claim made about a bad guest, that guest can still give you a 1 star rating over calling them out. evidence and an approved repair claim, doesn't matter. So the owner is faced with allowing whatever a guest wants or damages or risk having a 1 star rating. there are too many other options these days to use this unfair business.

App is becoming very frustrating to use. Prices are suddenly showing in Euros instead of INR and there is no clear option to change it inside the app. Also, the app feels extremely slow. Even when going back between pages, it buffers and loads like I’m using a website instead of a proper app. Navigation lags a lot and overall experience feels unoptimized. Please improve performance and user experience.

They then block the account of the person calling them out online AND trying to silence him by having the videos, which contain hard evidence of all of this, removed.

Airbnb is not allowing me to contact the host as our travel dates are blocked out. Extremely frustrating and inconvenient. Still not resolved.

AirBNB would rather support scamming hosts than paying customers. Don't get me started on the ridiculous fees and the insane requests/rules they allow their hosts to implement on top of those fees. Never using them again.

distrustful hosts is what you get from this site. if you're going to take the risk to use this take pictures of everything when you walk in. record everything. say nothing on the phone.Everything needs to be either in text or email. if something isn't right, record, it pictures, record it. and above all trust none of these reviews. theses hosts buy your silence when you're someone given a bad experience. So you'll never really get the truth. Just bright and shiny reviews.

terrible app and platform. They let people with multiple violent felonies list houses for rent who then go on to scam guests. AirBNB will then defend them to the death while blaming the victim/customer. Just get a hotel and save yourself the headache and potential danger of renting a place from a career criminal

it just doesn't stop every time there is an update there is an issue and maybe there is 100 update a year or more for I don't know what reason now it's really annoying because I cannot give a guess that had just left checked out when I click on any reservation I get this annoying box that's open that's tell me just can now reserve your place automatically and no matter how many times I clicked on I got it just keep coming back again this is a billion dollar app are you stoned or something

I was banned unjustly from Airbnb after adding my phone number to my account. I switched phone numbers recently and their dumb AI system thought I was ban evading, because the last person who had this phone number got banned. I appealed the decision and they upheld it. This was honestly a terrible user experience and I'm never booking with Airbnb again, I'm just gonna use vrbo now

Used a few times. Hosts say they are dog friendly, they are not. Used a long term stay, we were told things were broken or missing, they were not by us. Total chaos. As a guest who spent over 5k for a month, in MISSOURI, why are we nickels and dimes items? You can't find something, buy another one and don't invoice me $30 through the platform. I am over it.
