I'm so not happy with this app. I've paid the premium subscription for the whole year (in January 2026), yet I cannot use most features, and now after the last update, it has ended my premium subscription which still had six months left to it and I can't use the app at all. Someone needs to sort this out asap. None of my problems are being solved via email. Update: Problem still not solved, y'all just don't care do you?
I'm honestly very disappointed in you. Your ads make it seem like changing your hair color is free, but after installing the app, I found out that the feature requires a Pro subscription. That's very misleading and dishonest. I will never use this app again. There are many much better apps that offer free features and provide far more options than yours.
why is there a "pro limit" when im PAYING yearly sub?
what is the point of offering a free 7 day trial if you're going to immediately take the full amount for the YEAR out! I would love to be able to speak to someone about this and get my money refunded because that was unacceptable. Ive used this app for YEARS and would absolutely give it 5 stars had this not happened.

I really wish developers would stop "improving" something that already works perfectly! I'm not even mad about ads like everyone else. I'm pissed that this app THAT I PAY a subscription to almost never finishes a process! This app is almost unusable lately!!! Most, if not all processes that require the app to think so it'll just hang and never get to a result. 29%! That's all I ever see! That's as far as any process gets.
I couldn't get it to work on my phone. Said it was a free app... yeah, but you know how that goes. You have to pay for it to work. I don't recommend it at all.
Terrible. I recently changed from an Android to an iPhone and I am unable to log in. No option to reset password nor speak to a help desk. I paid for a subscription that I was only able to use one time. Waste of $25.00! I cannot access my subscription.

removing my 5 stars to a 3: I've been a PAID user for a few years. I was just using it and I got a notification that says "you've reached your pro limits" excuse me? excuse me!? I PAY YOU for those features there should be NO limit the hell do you mean. I'll be looking elsewhere for editing features

I used to love this app. but there has been issues with this app, and I can't use it. I have contacted customer service, but no one is getting back to me, even though I paid for 1 year in advance. so it looks like they don't need my business. I'm also requesting a refund but no luck.
I loved it...now not so much. Used this app for 5+ loved all the advanced changes but now its to many ads. Also alot of things are premium now 🫤🫤 Uninstalling but man it was a good app.

I had to change my five star review. Their new policy allows the pro version to be used on one device only. I have a phone and a tablet and before it was possible to use this app on every device under the same Google account. This is how it should be. I consider everything else a scam.

paidfor a service I am not getting, I have uninstalled the app and redownload and no matter what I do the app is unusable but I'm still paying a subscription for it. this is not the first time this has happened which is unfortunate because the app when it works it great.. please fix this

Ive had this photo editing app for a few years now. it USE to be a pretty good app with plenty of free features but now it seems like everything is locked. they don't even label it as a premium until after you try to save the change and realize you cant unless you pay. Now you have to pay to use the most basic features. so, Ive decided to uninstall it after all these years. I have already found another app that gives me way more free options than what's ever been offered here.

ive been paying for subscription on this app and suddenly it keeps asking me to for another one? clicked restore many times uninstalled and reinstalled still habing the same issue. probably gonna find another apps cause why keep paying for an app that isnt working right and trying to make me pay for a year also my subscription is 3.99 on googleplay but in the app it now says 4.99
I've been using this app for a long time. I loved it. I even had a monthly subscription just as long. Since this update I can't even use anything keeps telling me to upgrade I tried to restore but nothing's happening. now it says $4.99 weekly. Now I have ad popups. Why would I pay for more on top of my regular subscription for stuff I was using previously to the update. I'm very disappointed. this was a 5 star for me. now it's 2.
this app used to be good, I've had this app on my phone for 5 years so I saw alot of updates, some useful some pretty ridiculous. the thing i use most is the tool for removing pimples i used to use it all the time, to remove stuff if my mirror is dirty or whatever else it was my favorite and was also free. now i need to pay for something that was once free how does it make sense? will we need to pay for everything on this app one day? your pricing are exaggerated (updates youcam is way better:))
