errors all the time
predatory airline, and app with conveniently designed corresponding flaws. i started the booking process and due to an error of my bank and credit card the payment failed. went back to the same tickets and fare I intended to buy, and the price jumped up by over 40 euros. a serious airline would give you 15 minutes or so to complete the payment, and give you more than one option, in case the payment failed. not this. stay away

What a convoluted messy process to do a check-in. Can you simplify the process and also make it more reliable? I got too many errors. I'll have to do it in person as I can't trust it. Uninstalling.
terrible user experience. Reservations keep disappearing after being added. They force you to create an account to add more than one, which I did. Yet, not even one remains saved. Terrible.

The app keeps crashing and when I try to check-in I get an error 15 page. When I ask for the English language, it continues in Spanish even when I've saved it. I have to close the app down, then reload it for it to work.
app frequently fails. With checking in, I had a consistent error leaving me not knowing if ive checked into my flight tomorrow. Baggage adding is hard to understand with terminology not being explained. Had trouble initially registering for the airline through the app, then viewing the tickets. never ending headache

The most restrive and convoluted way to get boarding passes that I've ever experienced on an airline. 48hrs only. Waited and then kept getting "not authorised" errors even though I was within 48hrs. Not something I particular wanted to stress about so close to the flight. Ended up using the website to organise the boarding pass to then finally have access to them on the phone. Rubbish app.
Stupid programming. Field size for phone numbers are too short for standard German numbers plus requested country code and frequent flyer information is not accepted even being correct. Better have AI program your apps as it might be more intelligent, in fact.
The worst airline app I have ever used. Check in is a nightmare, and after going through an arduous process, gives an awful error 15, which means nothing and doesn't offer any way of helping it moving forwards. I eventually checked in via the website on my laptop, but even then it only checked my partner in and not me so I have to go to the desk to get a boarding pass. I'm hoping that their planes are better!
One of the worst and slowest app.
We're unable to check in! We're flying tomorrow (1/10/25) and have tried several times now, and the app says it's flagged as blocked for security reasons! We had no problem checking in on the outward flight, but homeward bound, no joy! So, just checked in on their website!
Just atrocious. Half the time the app is not working, it is unable to save my flight using reference ID, don't even think about checking in using that app. Also, you know what is the best time to show a random advertisement about flying with AirEuropa? While browsing flights of course! I have never had such a bad experience with any other app.

The app does not work when searching a flight. I am not using VPN, proxy, and I am on my private wifi. It shows error code 15. It is very frustrating.
bad, can't edit the wrong personal info and they don't accept their own e-ticket numbers for claiming miles. trash and customer unfriendly
todo bien el avión es cómodo pero lo que no me gustó es que las azafatas lo miran mal a uno solo porque no es español lo tratan mal es algo que deberían de mejorar gracias.
En la app no se pueden comprar vuelos con opción "multidestinos". En la página web de la aerolínea si.
keeps saying please try again later when trying to login
dreadful response. tried three times to book seat and when I come to payment the amount was £1500. Finally done it. no option to book seat and priority boarding. had to make 2 separate payments. really clunky app.
It doesn't let me book anything in the app it doesn't move forward in the next step when I select the fare
I have been a regular Suma member for a couple of years now, since the update I can no longer see my mileage movement. it sends me to the Air Europa website, which just displays another error message.
I've been trying to login through this app, installed and uninstalled many times, and still when I try to login it tells me to try again, with the picture of a radar antenna. It's unacceptable. When are they going to finish fixing this App? I'm traveling soon and would like to use it.
Had to make the reservation 4 times before it worked. Can't see how to check in and get my boarding pass. Come on guys, it's 2025!!

Completely useless. The airline its not the best and the app it's just awful. It keeps saying "sorry there was an error, please try again in a few minutes" It doesn't even work after hours or days. I still cannot check in or find any information about my flight. *Would be good if at some point anyone would just fix this app to help the people wanna book with this airline and not make anyones life harder :)

Gives an error each step of the checking process even though it works like nothing happened when I press the X.
las aplicaciones son para facilitar cosas como registrarse, comprar tickets etc , pero yo no he podido pagar por algo adicional como una extra maleta lo he tenido que hacer en el aeropuerto y ahí cobran más , espero que el desarrollador pueda mejor este problema
it won't let me edit my passport details but more importantly it is not letting me add my missing miles. I have tried it on my laptop, iphone and android. It constantly gives me a blank white page.
The app is okay otherwise. However, it never recognises all my fights. Every time that I travel with my husband, it only shows my flights and never his, even though the account is in his name. So many times we are afraid that maybe they haven't been booked. Fix this problem please!!
