The worst app to get compensation. I would have got the compensation directly from the airline itself. But because of Airhelp policies I am stuck. My case has been pending for 6 months. They charge money and give zero help. Customer services provise no help as well. They can't even do what they primarily claim to do. Better to contact the airline directly than wasting money on this app
I just want to cancel before the next renewal please. I didn't realize that this was more than a tracker. I admit I made an error but I won't need this anytime soon.
Please stay away from AirHelp. They are the worst. I had my flight delayed in 2019. They bombarded me with emails so I made a claim in 2021. They sent me the update before the last in 2022. In 2026, I asked for a new update. They told me case dismissed because of No Show. No apology whatsoever. No updates for four years. And they cannot even commit to have their legal partner attend the court hearing. Complete inefficiency and maybe gross misconduct. Do not use this service at all.

do not recommend Używam AirHelp od ponad 3 lat i latam rocznie 100-150 lotów, często po 4 dziennie. Niestety jakość usług bardzo się pogorszyła. Kiedyś widać było większe zaangażowanie, dziś wnioski są często odrzucane bez konkretnego uzasadnienia. Miałem przypadki, gdzie AirHelp odrzucił sprawę, a inna firma wygrała dla mnie odszkodowanie w sądzie. Podobne doświadczenia mają moi znajomi. Coraz częściej korzystam z innych firm, które są skuteczniejsze.

Do not buy this insurance. My flight was delayed for 20 hours, under EU law I AM entitled to compensation. Filed a claim on AirHelp+, the airline said 'no', AirHelp said 'no'. I could've asked the airline myself and been told 'no'. Absolute waste of time and money, I will not renew or use again.

My Flight was stationary for 5 hours at the runway, made me miss my second flight, which further delayed my journey by 4 hours, in total an 9 hour delay. AirHelp couldn't do anything for this case, that tells me they cannot do anything for any other flights.

Auto-renewal games & misleading communication - avoid AirHelp+ Paid €39.99 for AirHelp+ Smart, cancelled, stopped using it - later found out they kept my subscription active and kept charging me anyway. When I cancelled again, they emailed “You renewed your AirHelp+ membership.” No, they renewed it, not me. Misleading auto-renewal + slow claim handling = I’m done with AirHelp+. Check your subscriptions and keep screenshots
This is now going on for 6 months. For a claim with 2 people im repeatedly told i have to upload documents with certain details and i do so with it being accepted for one person and not the other though the same documents are uploaded. The claim says its been accepted by airline but they seem to be trying to make things so hard that i will give up and they can take the money maybe. Do yourself a favour and do the claim direct with the airline. This seems like a scam...

Does not work
Absolutely useless service. So glad I didn't pay for the AirHelp+. They didn't even try to argue the response from the airline for a canceled flight. You can achieve the same results (or better) by communicating directly to the airline customer support. The only difference is that you will get full compensation not 65% of the compensation. Scam service with false advertising and claims.

flight information is not accurate
I paid for this service, expecting quick, straightforward coverage if my flight was affected. It's now December 9, 2025, and my flight was initially scheduled for September 25, 2025. I could have filed directly with the airline, which would have explained that I was entitled to a refund and up to € 400 in compensation. Instead, the app only offers 400 euros and hasn't mentioned my refund. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS INSURANCE; file directly with the airline for faster resolution.
if you know someone who could do it for you, tell them. We submitted a claim for two and it has already been a month with no update, also they take almost a half of the money you would get which is ridiculous. Before using this app, do your research, it is possible it is the best from all other apps, but it could be way better
not showing the baggage belt number. Flight no. 6E 2448. looks like the section is not there where baggage belt no. and gate no and basic details shows. just showing high level details..with weather information only. if those sections or fields exist where it can be seen then help to provide the navigation steps for the same. Also for some of the flight name is not showing details like for spice Jet
