Informed support that when I tapped an aircraft on my tablet no information appeared. I was told that it's been passed to the developers. That was probably 6 weeks ago. I've noticed that someone else has also got the same issue. AirNav response was "this shouldn't be happening" Yes we agree, so what are you doing about it. By the look of it, absolutely nothing. Also noticed that there's hardly any aircraft showing since the last update. Will not be renewing my subscription.
Old version was working good but now this app is not working properly. When open the app it hang the mobile and mobile screen On/Off automatically. please upgrade it thanks

Had a major problem that meant that when I tapped an aircraft, no information appeared. I updated to the latest version and it didn't make any difference. I was then told to delete the data and cache in the settings. I followed the request and found that all I got when I tried to open the app was the green screen. Everything else had gone. I've deleted and reinstalled it, still the same, a green screen. I can't believe that the company advised me to basically wipe the app completely.
app doesn't work. Won't let me track a flight about to take off.
not what expected
app consistently lags and resets the UI RANDOMLY EXITS Current view or historical flight playback. changes selected date range to March 3rd, while I'm using it and causes my app to lag and reset loading flight data. loading flight data also takes up to a minute (on a 100mbps connection) the adverts are intrusive andforce open the Google play store multiple times, don't show you any clear sign of closing, just "click here to skip ad AND open the Google play store now"
super lag, latency was extremely high I could almost die in such anger I feel right now.
Previous versions were useful, but this app is now plagued with ads that pop up and occupy the entire screen, which can't immediately be dismissed. It's quicker to shut down the app, restart it and then reinitiate a track, then to suffer through a forced, prolonged viewing of a game ad. Deleting.
Ads hijack the phone, should not be allowed.
It was a very good app. now it's full of ads and a lot a aircraft are not even shown anymore. it's constantly asking for me to upgrade and every 30 seconds I'm getting pop up ads that cannot be closed. some last for over a minute. very bad app update. I was considering subscribing but not now.
Junk app, keeps displaying a popup every few seconds for me to turn on my location even when I click on the radio button No Thanks. I'm tracking a plane not myself. Garbage app use to track the users!
Can no longer see seat layout photo!!!
upgraded to pilot, paid annual fee and it worked for a couple of hours. then i get an email saying my account has been downgraded because subscription expired. contacted support, but nothing...so i will stay with FlightRadar24, a much better App

believe me i was using it since 4 years regularly and suggested many friends to use n install it but new updated GUI App is too slugish , at times seems non.responsive like im operating a Pentium 1 PC App. pls look into . regards
Most of the extra features are available on fligtradar24. I too got caught by the trial, feels like what it must be like to be scammed. I have reported it to authorities in Ireland and also have shared my experience on socials. Thankfully I still have Flightradar24.

Full screen scam ads "version upgrade available install now". Shouldn't be allowed to run deceptive ads like these.

0 stars. can't subscribe after I left. was offered a discount to come back. that's a joke if u can't subscribe. please contact me for more things wrong
I don't think much of this update. In the previous one, when checking the arrival information on any given airport, you had all the details in front of you. However, with this update, you get less info upfront and have to tap each arrival or departure to check the aircraft type, registration, etc.
used to be a good app but now keeps wanting location services on or it continually keeps asking for it making the app useless.
I don't like the new 3.0.0 app design, particularly the lack of a dark mode option. Yes there is a dark mode but all of the pop-ups are bright white.
I had a subscription for radarbox, after the update my app stopped working, had to reinstall. it does not recognize my subscription. asking to pay double for a new subscription. Basically scam.
dosnt load anything past a map
One big advertisement for money. Hardly anything can be done without paying for it. So not really free.
Literally just installed it and it doesn't work. Can't get past the initial screen. It does nothing.
This app USED to be great when you could select what type flights to display GA, airline, military, helicopter, corp jet, etc. And it was free. Now everyone MUST PAY FOR WHAT WAS BASIC.. not to mention the map icon for airports is huge and clutters the map
I cancelled the subscription and was charged again the next month. Please advise how to get a refund for this.

it's great when it works. which is becoming less and less. getting ready to unsubscribe
The app works, but it will randomly start lagging my device and make my entire OS restart (Motorola RAZR 50 Ultra).
No planes or helicopters showing on the app anywhere in the world 🤷🏻♂️ It was working fine until last week, checked settings and can't see anything wrong their.
App is glitching. Maybe due to last update. Have deleted and reloaded it several times and still the same issues. All other of my phone's Apps are working just fine. Disappointing considering how expensive it is.
the app is very good but the recent addition of loud invasive video adverts is very distracting.

Decent app with decent coverage. Though for an amateur user very hard to justify the 2.5 times price of the £9.99 I'm paying FlightRadar in Aug 2024. And would explain why the RB website only has 1.5% of traffic compared to FR's 98.5% Any chance of a price reduction? Dec 2025 - Ad free version doesn't include aircraft details yet costs £16 / year. Seriously?
The Free Trial Wont Work!
Quite frankly it's not worth the extra subscriptions, This app is riddled with functionality issue. Anytime you open the app, the sky is clear. Other countries will be full blown with air traffic yet in my Country there will be nothing. hit and miss when it comes to opening your app and load times, it's as if it decides to load all the air traffic to the rest of the world first and then your location. Not very useful.
keep losing Aircraft or shows no Aircraft at all.
Has potential but no flight info displaying, apparent server info. Will not extend trial
it's different from the website when you open it from there, maybe you need to pay to get the same. Uninstalling...
