I needed to activate the phone because I lost my previous phone, so I will need a Sim card. I will need a new phone.

first when you ship the phone the sim card was missing then all of a sudden my contacts are in this phone which I was not going to put those people back in my phone 2nd I will not be using any phone because someone is listening and recording and dropping my calls. I just don't want this phone. I wish they would leave me alone.
the representative that spoke to me was very rude was unhelpful and told me I had to wait till May 1st he was not helpful at all he was just the opposite very rude can you tell me one phone call you to call my data know it did not I didn't have any data to begin with I'm trying to get unlimited talk unlimited text and 5 gigabytes of data and he refused
service sucks bad and not enough data before it runs out
air talk wireless won't even let me make calls half the time. it says the person or user you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time. I've missed my dr. appointments because I can't schedule transportation. I am going to have to deactivate this account and try assurance wireless

I do not like this phone plan or, phone at all. your data runs out within the first second week way too fast, there is not a lot of storage, you always have to delete an app to download a new one, the camera is blurry and my phone freezes every so often and I'm constantly restarting my phone just for it to function better. I would not recommend this service at all. I personally feel like this is a phone to give to a little kid to play with 🤷🏽😑 it's sucks!

The customer support is rubbish. It's completely ran by bots and no AI help at all. If you need assistance, you are out of luck. The don't even ship to the correct address but still give you the run around as if it's your fault and want to charge you for a discounted phone if you didn't get your shipment. Good luck 🤞🏽. Just so everyone knows, I even contacted customer support and (eventually) talked to a representative who couldn't resolve the situation, told me that they would call me & didn'
it took me 2 days and almost 4 hours to get a hold of customer service and they charge you $40 to replace one cheap phone with a even cheaper phone. On top of that the signal has been horrible and when you do have signal it delayed on maps.
