my phone will only work for about 2 minutes at a time before it gets too hot and shuts off uses all the battery while its cooling down if they get ahold of this or see this please send me a new one you have my address and phone number thank you..p
It has been the worst experience I have had in my whole 47 years of life with a phone service our government has had to offer thru them. It's the slowest connection if u can even get the service to perform at all . To get service you have to work . Since I got the service it has knocked me out of 3 jobs due to service no good and also cost me my way SNAP case cause it looks like I won't do what's required . It's not right or fair cause it's over this service . Have to have a phone to work
sim card never work
Let the facts speak for themselves, you get 5GB of data per month, at 2.50 which is half, they throttle it down so slow, speed test could barely even register a speed at all. BUT OF COURSE, YOU CAN PURCHASE MORE DATA. Nothing but a manipulated scam.

The service is not that terrible but equipment I was sent is junk A67 FOXX!!needs to be buried back in its FOXX hole!!

That same night I called my old cellular Co and the shut off my cell the next day after I asked for the port-in numbers. So here I am an old lady alone with no way to contact anyone except 911 until it finally showed up on 7/1/26. It was only the tablet, found out that's my big azz cell I have to carry around until I break down and buy one of their cheap azz cells.
trying to add data. but I thought this was a free government phone. so why do I have to pay for data. I just added more data and still can't make calls
