One of the best platform for the people to find the right & reasonable prices..
horrible experience and horrible app. I've just joined and needed help with something very urgent. the app automatically cancelled the task without telling me what I'm breaching. I've tried to add my photo to my profile and it won't let me. I didn't put my full address on the task only the general area. I've raised a ticket but this is a problem because I needed immediate help. I'll use your competitor taskrabbit

right when you get to the end of the listing the screen just goes blank every time you leave the screen and come back it goes blank don't bother with this non-functional typical garbage app!!

i hope no one has to use this app. all sorts of dodgy people are there and force you to pay in cash outside the app. and then airtasker just dont care.
selecting date of birth is so impractical. it takes 10 minutes to select a date of birth because you have to keep scrolling towards your year month by month and it's so impractical. I couldn't even select my date of birth in this app

It's theft really, taking money without the service. They responded to my review within 2 days but when I didn't get paid for a task that's completed.....NOTHING. 8 days later, nothing. No one's even looked at my enquiry. Piss-weak.

Being advertised online in NYC area and the app isnt designed well. It also seems like there are a lot of bots on the app and a majority of the posts are the same description and add but from another profile. Because the app is new theres no way to differentiate who may be a bot scammer or legitimate person.
airtasker is good in a sense when you get people actually wanting tasks done but somehow airtasker loves keeping tasks needing to be done up that are time wasters the ones where people posts and you offer and they don't even reply back they just keep it open and pointless.. why dont yous have a report button for "no intention of getting task done" instead of them sitting there im sick of these people who make tasks and have zero intention on actually picking someone to do the task! 🤦♂️

I got a job to do, then the customer changed her mind and tge air task charged me £17.40, crazy
As a Tasker Pro and ive been on this site for months and ive only been able to pick up 1 client. so, there's no money to be made on the app its horrible. I put an offer in over and over and over only to get no work. The app owners put work out and i have to send my offer and still they wont even choose me. no one will choose me. I waste so much time. I compare my offers to other airtaskers, because yes, they are public and can read them the one client tried to rate me 5stars but gets an error.
all of theses 5 stars can't be real. I've never gotten any work on here. submitted offers are never accepted and the prices being offered don't appear real. I am convinced this is an app that is benefitting from general activity of downloads and users for what ever that is worth.
I just want to say thank you to the developer who responded to my previous review. I mean, thank you for asking me what it is that you could do to solve this issue
too expensive no services for all the costs go to Hipages instead, better app all round and not greedy as airtasker
didn't like the pic of my valid licence and banned my device even though I needed a Auto electrician asap due to bad DV and need my car and the response from airtasker staff was unbelievably rude and not 1 care given

the fees are Crazy! fair enough to charge the person asking for a task to be completed. But to take money from the person who carries out the task is a joke!

your service fees should be lower...18% per one side leads to 36% per task which is ridiculous
