bahut hi kharab service hai. service ke naam pr kuch bhi nahi. shirf naye installation pr focus karti hai company. ek baar installation karva lo uske baad company shirf payment ki baat karegi. aap inse service ki umeed na kare. pahli baar kisi MNC compnay ki itni worst service dekhi hai

It seems Like fraud sometimes I recharged in the morning for 3 months around 1000 rs But buy a mistake By one click My prepaid sim is converted into postpaid I talked to the customer care number and they said You Can't get a refund Of your prepaid number recharge Now I change the sim into again Prepaid and now I have to recharge it again loss of 1000 rs where I'm a student with no income source even after a lot of time I got no help just disappointment And that's how companies earn 👎🏻

Hello, I have noticed that my Airtel Thanks account is showing an email address that does not belong to me. My mobile number and name are correct, but the linked email which is not my email address. I am concerned about my account's security. I tried to chat with ur chat box it doesn't recognise that problem. Please verify my account details and update the linked email to my correct email address. Kindly investigate this issue and assist me as soon as possible. Thank you.

Airtel has the worst customer care services. I had a complaint raised about network issue because my internet wasn't working just the second day after recharge and the customer care services reached out to me after approximately 24 days and even then they were not able to fix the issue and my whole 399 went down the drain. This is the worst app and airtel is the worst telecom provider

Very worst. I made a mistake and wrongly recharged my friend. I immediately realised it and contacted the customer care help but no response. chat also waste. The bot doesn't even understand my situation. Now my money is gone. I already sent a mail to them. But till now no response. customer care not picking my calls. it's too horrible and disappointing.
Absolutely pathetic service. My mother's SIM was deactivated for no valid reason. To restore the service, I recharged ₹350. Since it still wasn't working, my father recharged another ₹200. Even after getting a replacement SIM with the same number, neither of these recharges was applied. Instead, the system is still showing an old recharge plan from May 19, as if the recent recharges never happened. We have wasted both time and money because of your company's mistake

It's very difficult to contact a real customer service agent. They always reply with the same answer, "We're working in your area. Sorry for the inconvenience." Why does the work never end? The internet services pause for 2-3 times a day making it very difficult to browse. I'm very disappointed by the services.

worst app experience I ever had, the bot sucks, and the app is working dead slow, even though I have a wifi connected to it, the service is also the worst I could face, if people moves to 5 g why you guys atleast can't provide proper 4 g in hostel and other areas? meanwhile people with bsnl could use their network, I have tried the chatbot it only wasted my time rather than answering, since there is no 0 start option, I am opting for 1 star otherwise this app is 0 star.
you can never explore the app, if you try to click on any thing they consider it as customer request and early morning by 8am some representative will call you so irritating.
It is too difficult to pay wifi bills, not user friendly.
