Years passed Ntg changed airtel still remains worst in service, I was an airtel 2G user coz of poor service moved to alternate network. Now thought for moving back to airtel raised combo installation request for wifi+ DTH + Postpaid sim. 10 days past, advance has been paid already. till date installation or nothing happened.

I purchased the ₹349 Airtel pack because it promises unlimited 5G data along with 2GB daily 4G data. Since 5G works properly in my area, I expected the unlimited 5G to work consistently. However, even when the status bar shows “5G” or “5G+”, my regular 2GB data still gets consumed. Sometimes the unlimited 5G works, and sometimes it does not. Because of this, I would not recommend the ₹349 pack, as the service feels misleading and unreliable.

The team is only pushing for disconnection instead of solving the issue. Need urgent senior-level escalation and proper callback.

worst services provided by the team, no proper SOPs followed and they say they will provide 24/7 service and instant services, Reality is ticket raised more than 24 hrs but technician is not even assigned. Just stalling and wasting customers time

Very poor service experience from Airtel. Continuous internet disconnections and unstable DTH service. Extremely disappointed with the service quality. Paying full amount but not getting stable service. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to switch to another service provider. Hi,please do not take anyone a wifi connection from Airtel.Service is very bad.my airtel Wifi connection has not working from 4 days.and their support chat borad 24/7 service is not responsive and even they do not pick up calls as well .very poor service from airtel . my issue is not solved yet ..

Pissed off with Airtel Payments Bank Services. They are not honouring Customers for their Rewards123 program. They simply close support tickets without looking into the issue. Highly recommend not to use Airtel Payment Bank. They are levying doping charges.

We booked Airtel Fiber on 4 May 2026. An Airtel representative collected Rs. 1,500 from us for installation. Till today, installation has not been completed and the person who collected the payment is not responding to calls or messages. This delay is unacceptable. Either complete the installation immediately or refund the full amount of Rs. 1,500 without any further delay. Please treat this as an urgent complaint and provide a clear update today. If there is no resolution, we will escalate.

Airtel needs to work on these application notifications. This is by far the most annoying app on my phone. this stupid app gives a dozen notifications a day. Wifi is a critical service for people, such apps should use discretion when showing information.
we cannot tolerate greedy incoming and otp closure immediately after recharge ends and so shifting to bsnl but lol they require a last recharge for porting
