I purchased the ₹99 pack on Xstream, but I'm unable to play any content on the Sony LIV channel. This is the worst app experience I've ever had. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Most useless application... don't waste your time. Help& Support team never revert to issues.. payment gateway issues.. 99Rs plan is a false commitment. Third party support team who are rarely online to solve issues.

This was a really pathetic experience with this app. I paid 99 rupees for their subscription to watch a live match on SonyLIV on 26 june 2026, but after making the payment, I was unable to play the live match due to an error: "Unable to play content, please contact helpdesk." I am trying to contact the helpdesk, but there's no reply from their side.
Worst service and worst billing experience. My plan is ₹699, but I keep getting charged extra every month. Three channels were accidentally added, and even after I reported the issue, customer support asked me to pay the full bill first, promising it would be corrected. Instead, I received another inflated bill of around ₹900. This is unacceptable. Customers shouldn't have to pay for billing mistakes and wait for future corrections. No one from the Airtel support cares to reply when you try to contact them using the Help Center. Even after taking a subscription the app throws an error saying "we are facing a technical issue". What is the use of taking the subscription when the result is just a technical error with no access to the content

jio is better than airtel.. when a cricket match comes it shows an error every time
app suddenly crashed while streaming the live match and now its showing error when trying to play live match between india and ireland. Now the team will reply that we have highlighted the issue and team is working but the fun of seeing live match is gone.
