discount price is not same
The OT shoes which i ordered are genuine, but buying from Ajio was real torture. I ordered on 30th April for 4th May delivery, yet it wasn’t even shipped on time. Customer support gave only copy-paste “complaint registered” replies for 3 days with no action. Only after multiple escalations via phone, email, and Instagram did they ship it. Even then, Ajio refused delivery support and told me to chase BlueDart myself. Disrespectful and exhausting service for a paying customer.

Invited 13 freind , they placed and received their orders , but this does not counting and leveling . trash app.
After adding items to the cart in the Ajio app, when I try to place the order, it shows ‘Sorry, you can’t place a new order.can you please tell me why it is showing like that?
I placed an order on 22 April and received it on, but the dress was torn, so I requested an exchange immediately. However, I still have not received the exchanged product. It has been many days now. Please check my exchange status and arrange delivery as soon as possible or issue a refund if the product is unavailable. I am completely disappointed by this service. Please take a serious action.

ajio is a cheater online platform, they cheated me I am ordering 5 shirt of buda jeans but I recieved only 1 , four are missing I compliant to customer service executive they give me some time. after that they say sorry only ,my 1500 digest by ajio
Very disappointing experience with AJIO. The delivery was too late, and when I requested an exchange, it was accepted but took almost 1 week. After waiting so long, the delivery boy said the exchange was not happening and told me to go to the National Courier office. When I went there, they said the parcel was already gone. Very poor service and no proper communication. Please improve your customer support and exchange process
return is very much disappointed as my money not come back today is 8 and order returned on 3 what this app do don't know support team say that money comes in 5 days but it is irrelevant please give my refund
It's Pathetic app. My order is not delivered since 10 days after assured date of delivery.. Only delaying it. There is no cancellation on prepaid orders. so our money is stucked and have to wait don't know how much. My order is came to same city's warehouse since 13 days but they are not taking any action or contact to their delivery partner. Their transition partner DELHIVERY is as pathetic as Ajio..They are not giving any response as them. Only legal action can be done then Right.
Bahut galat saman bhejte hai. Buy kuchh karo bhejte kuchh hai. Fata purana kapda v bhej deta hai . Mere sath v yahi hua hai. Return v nahi krte bolte hai mere yaha se saman sahi gya hai. sorry for the inconvenience. bs or
it was my biggest mistake to order from this third class app again I order 2 product one tore on 1st day 2nd was cancelled by seller and on app it still shows dispatch there no option to cancel the product no proper coustomer care noting . my money is stuck because of prepaid .if there was an option for minus I would have given that.

I usually prefer this app for shopping before but now I'm not happy with the delivery service and refund policy takes forever to credit. One attempted delivery made and i missed it just 10mins i called back, didn't respond and later they asked me after 2days if i still want the product i said yes but they didn't deliver the products and returned it to the warehouse. Worse service I've ever encountered, now I'm only giving one star😥

no delivery exchanged items no response costumers
they are the fraudsters and scammers .Firstly they will send you the wrong product and when you return it they will deduct the 60 rupyee i know if the convenience fee is non refundable but if the mistake is from the end of ajio or from their employees fir sending the wrong product then also they will deduct your hard-earned money..it was my biggest mistake to purchase from ajio..i want you to please don't make that mistake please people listen to me...please please please don't shop from ajio🙏

My worst experience regarding My first order on "Ajio" . I have ordered a black track pants from Ajio and I got different brand track pants with very cheap quality and when I went to ajio app to return they don't have any customer care #human so that they can solve my issue but they haven't . I had a talk with customer care Ai once and my issue is not resolved yet and also with that my first return request is declined . Worst experience Ajio 👎

Pathetic service - worst experience Trying to return the wrong product but its almost 18 days, there is no response yet.
same product same brand on other sites it's for 7-8 hundred but in ajio it's 17-18 hundred why this much price difference and I've placed my in ajio on 30 April and today is 8 may order on the way the expected delivery is 9th may but it's delayed to 10 may where other sites deliver their order before the expected delivery date like it's almost 11 days so irritating not happy from ajio's service 😮💨😮💨
I have paid you to get the product and you have given the shipment to DELHIVERY and while delivering the product, they're sending otp but it's not coming to me,their customer service is bogus,not at all reachable and your team can't help as the delivery is not from you..Give me one good reason why should I use AJIO next time instead of MYNTRA,AMAZON, FLIPKART..Your customer service said they can't do anything so don't provide me your customer details instead take some actions
