like that it still has power and access to the police, fire department and ambulance. but hate the slow speeds to open the camera when theres a motion alert . i prefer the kasa cams. no monthly fees and hold more storage

Terrible app, has trouble loading at the worst possible times. Alarm company in general is terrible, succeeds because they have a monopoly. Apparently panic buttons are a feature of specific alarm panels, even though it's the software that would enable it. Edit: app got even worse, customer service literally never responds. This is what you get when you let a single company have a monopoly. This trash tier service should be criminal.
laggy, settings are hidden and scattered. the app is notifying me every five minutes that the camera was triggered and I can't find the setting to only notify when there is a car or person. the notifications stop coming through randomly, requiring me to uninstall and reinstall the app. it feels half developed.
does not sync with lights anymore app anymore after two months. Tried connecting the company and no luck, they said was light app issue. connect light app not their issue, the lights work there. disappointed with this app.

Just about 2 years. ready to drop it. Sensors dont work. my lock unlock isnt connecting. video lags all the time. I have it set to only record people, it records every darn car that drives by. Totally depleting my allotted video per month. Seriously over it. Very frustrating!

no clue why but when I open the app, it'll close out any audio that's playing on my phone. when this happens on Android Auto in my truck, I have to disconnect and reconnect my phone to Android Auto for music to resume... super annoying

Goes off for no reason, camera doesn't capture who's there when to doorbell rings. Don't like it at all.
description is misleading and does not tell you that most features do not work unless you pay the ridiculously high fee for monitoring. for example the doorbell doesn't record but you could buy a similar doorbell for about a hundred bucks that records on a SD card for FREE
Had the telus security system for 4 years, by far the worst customer service and technicians. Consistently having tech issues and no show appointments. Cameras dont record things they should, ans sensors failing/setting off consistent. 0/10 would recommend
app barely functions. constantly gets stuck on certain areas and cant back out. constantly need to close and open again just to do basic task extremly poor tool for home security
Dosen't always load or show activity on camera. if you need to see things quickly, not reliable
worked okay for 3 years until the builders subscription ran out. now they want me to pay for a subscription fee. no thanks.
TRASH Unbelievably inconsistent
The developer team is a mess. I wish they would have used rationality when developing the UI. This is an alarm app why do the buttons move and change behavior. Many times you disarm and then because of the comical layout. timing and double tap at the same spot on the screen you end up arming the system without noticing. Use logic and understand the purpose of the app. ALARM SYSTEM. Not a funky game

have been trying to get my cameras to show on app for over 4 weeks & no agent will order a tech or is able to fix it they ALL reply with we will send you an email to reset the camera ! camera been reset 4 times but still can't access it by app and their agents read generic spiel and offer to send email

Used to allow you to log in and manage your hardware. Now it keeps asking for something more. Unclear what it wants, just won't send you into the app.

I have this alarm for my business it was work well but now I can't login on app which is not good for me and I tried to call on customer service many times but no answer from there i am very disappointed with this service I am not recommend for anyone.
I can no longer login to the app it just spins!! I cleared the cache, same problem, uninstalled and reinstalled, same problem!!! It keeps saying the servers are busy and to try again!!! Billing has also become a whole nightmare!! Time to look for a new provider I think
switched to this company 3 weeks ago and can't access the system at all! totally regret my choices

always freezing or won't open
over the last 4 days it keeps saying there's an error while I'm trying to log in there's doesnt seem to be any fix or any consistency to what it's doing and it's getting to the point where I can't even use the app anymore.
This app is garbage. It has a horrible lag time and very inconsistent. The doorbell live is at least a 60 second delay with videos. So disappointing 😞
was working good, however, the app now refuses login anytime I try to use it, over the past 3 days. whatever changed, it broke.
Inconsistent to provide non-critical event notifications (arm and disarm) to phone. What will occur in the event of a break in?? Retailer claims it is poor cell connection, however, this started 2 years after installing with no changes to the physical location of antennas. Also, sometimes app must login and fails, so system cannot be remotely accessed.
