The developer team is a mess. I wish they would have used rationality when developing the UI. This is an alarm app why do the buttons move and change behavior. Many times you disarm and then because of the comical layout. timing and double tap at the same spot on the screen you end up arming the system without noticing. Use logic and understand the purpose of the app. ALARM SYSTEM. Not a funky game

from the get go the sales guy lied to me said it was my existing service and that they were just changing ownership to you guy's which was false he lied about every part of what was going on had me believing he was just changing from vivent to your company because vivent was closing down? all the way thru the whole process i felt somthing wasnt right about anything he was pitching i feel stupid that i fell for your guys tricks and lies i should of known better?

Just about all of the functions on this app has stopped working for me except opening my garage door. Useless... and I've tried everything, uninstalling it, clearing the cashe, clearing each device and putting it in like a brand new one with new settings. Nothing has helped. I'm about to cancel this service soon.

Do not sign a contract w/ skyline security. They only want your money and waste your time/energy. They protect criminals when they rob you. 1 of 3 questions asked, is app difficult to use, its hard to answer. If no unwanted person is on it, then no. but if you are trying to have security within the app, it's stressful when settings are changed on an unknown device, your app dn't notify you.

This app worked fine except for the occasional disconnect but now for some reason if im say playing a youtube video and go into the app, all sounds go through my phone call speaker vs my real speakers. Even leaving the app does not fix this. I have to wait for like 5 minutes outside of the app for it to fix itself. I will change this rating to something more appropriate when this is fixed.

This app is horrible. I have used both nest and ring and they are far more user friendly and robust. The fact that I am forced to use this app to control my thermostat and cannot setup myself nor connect to my Alexa for voice control is infuriating. If I had a choice I would not use this. And I have to pay a monitoring fee to actually take advantage of the features

Absolutely the worse company to deal with. Would be easier to deal with burglars then tried to find someone to help with a problem. I would give them -100. Do not use ADT. Can't reach anyone when you have any issues and when you do they argue with you and tell us we don't know what we are looking at on our phones .

Technology for the sake of technology without actually thinking through the user experience. The amount of clicks I have to do to manage the gate which is a separate menu then managing my apartment is excessive. Plus integrating with my smart thermostat and lock often just don't work. They make the noise but don't actually do anything. I've resorted to manually unlocking my door and manually adjusting my thermostat.

I have Cricket mobile, owned by AT&T and had access with my family (shared residence). I only receive emails saying "Arming Reminder, system was not armed. I don't get text anymore nor can I view camera recordings. Since I am not the account holder I don't have a username nor password to go into the app and do push notifications... Retailer claims it is poor cell connection, however, this started 2 years after installing with no changes to the physical location of antennas. The app is not consistent. Despite multiple attempts to change the settings, this system continually fails to catch activity. It frequently is unavailable when trying to live stream the video. Only reason I still have service with them is I know it will be a hassle to change and I don't have time right now. The notifications work for one user but not another. Not reliable at all. There is a minute lag time when trying to load Live feed. Overall, I am not happy with it. Would not recommend.
