Alaska joins with Hawaii and suddenly this App sucks!!!!
The recent changes have made this app unusable. Every click wants you to set something up, log in again, etc.
I don't enjoy using this app, mostly because nearly every time I open it I have to log back in even if I've told it to remember me. It's very frustrating.
Wasn't able to login at all. It never loaded the browser for authentication.

the app keeps signing out constantly and when you try to sign back in your device is already blocked because somehow there was too many login attempts
ever since the rebrand to atmos this app is horrible. you can't log in half the time where it never used to be a problem.
This used to be such a good app before it got combined with Hawaiian. hard to log in, possible to stay logged in. Even though I tell it to give me notifications I never get any. Too many times I've been running across the airport because the gate has changed. I used to be notified of this and I used to be notified of late flights. I'm honestly considering flying a different airline because this app was what made it so easy.

Horrible functionality! Logs out sometimes & can't log in. Can't be sure to to get boarding pass because it relies on Internet. Years ago, this app worked perfectly, no glitches very little lag, but it lacked features compared to the desktop online version. Gradually they added more features, but at the same time the app is having more and more issues. The last update has so much lag, and sometimes things don't work, that it's almost unusable. You have to force stop it and/or clear the cache.
i cant even sign in the app not working i uninstall the app and download it again still the same can you fix it
Cheers to whomever it was who absolutely destroyed an efficient app. For at least 5 months now, this app will randomly lock you out so you have to create a new password or it just loops endlessly when you try to log in. The fact that this has not been fixed or addressed after months of so many bad reviews is scary.

this app and the Hawaiian app, ever since Alaska took over is completely broken. It literally does not function at all. You can't even search for flights or book anything. Delete it and uninstall, and choose a different airline.

App is ok, constant login to Atmos Rewards required whenever I open the app without biometric option. Incredibly annoying that I have to look up my login info whenever I need to do something.

Sucks to not be able to get to my PNR automatically with logging in! I have to have too much info even though I had already logged in to my account.
Constantly requires having to authenticate with a website login. Should have security built into the app as the existing website credentials handshake is a horrible design.
Could this app be any worse? I have to go to a web browser to sign in, as a first interaction for a native app AND if I chose to track a flight, all the details from the preview disappear! Where did the gate info go?! Clearly something is not quite right on the development and product management side of this thing.
Have to pay for food, have to pay for 1st checked in baggage. The boarding passes downloads go through ad tracking. Airline services are just going down.
S L O W! The new app takes a long time to cycle between operations.
April 2026 EDIT: Still trash. force logs you out and you lose all custom namings of your itenerary (work trip, vacation). Needs to be built from the ground up. For an airline that does so much right, I expect more from their app. Lags, freezes, errors galore. Absolute trash and beyond frustrating to use. Absolutely asinine design. I shouldn't have to start a new search when switching between my current trips tab and then back to the tickets I am looking at booking. Needs to be fixed immediately.

Edit: Even with the error I got checked in, but adding the bag still didn't work, so I have to do that seperately. Review: Can't check in with the app. Error "having trouble loading checkout". Website has the same error. Please have someone who knows how to program fix your website/app or let Hawaiian be there own airline again. App/website does not work. Also, there is no way to earn miles anymore.
Sucks. I tried to add a bag early and 'save' some cash, but the app doesn't work, just keeps saying refresh or go back.
