Alaska/Hawaiian is well in its way to joining Delta and United to the bottom and their app certainly shows just that.
my username and password no longer works after the update, it's asking me to call a number that has a hold time of over an hour...

I "up graded" to premium. I gave up my window seat. Advertising indicated more entertainment, drinks and more leg room. It turned out my row had NO windows seat, and no drinks or more noticeable leg room. A $70 scam.
i hate this app! it logs me out every time so i have to put in my account info everytime i want to access my trip info. what is the actual point of it if it just acts like the website??
worthless, can't sign in. how do you break a fancy web browser app and not have it fixed after 3 months?

useless flight data
can't get past the login screen, it's an endless loop of verifying your human than taking you back to the login screen. absolutely useless

Useless. Nothing works, can't log in, all it is is a gateway to a browser, and even the website is trash. after check in, you try to view boarding passses and it keeps requiring check in, which is already done. It's all hot garbage...
Won't let me add required travel documentation to check in for my international trip.
I am unable to login. While I can type in my login credentials, captcha is unresponsive. I wish they'd stop using captcha and move on to security keys or authentication apps. update: found out that this app's captcha has issues with foldable phones. I was able to get through the captcha by connecting my phone to a TV.

This app is the worst. You have to contact support for receipts because the app and website don't work. I tried to leave bad feedback, but you can't because it asks for a confirmation code that doesn't work, so I can't even leave feedback.
hard to log in
the app became very hard to use after the merger. not clear where anything is, just takes you to a web browser for sign-in.
It's 2026, make receipts available immediately. It shouldn't take 48 hours and a prayer that the app decideds to work.
Marketing notifications disabled in settings, but the app still sends multiple ads telling me to preorder my meal (3 times so far for a single flight). Can't disable ads without disabling all notifications at the system level.
