the former app was nice, this one is not. I want to keep my photo books in the same format as I made them but I can't change the fonts anymore. can't make the cover photo the same way anymore. overall a lot of functions have disappeared that used to be there. this is not an improvement, it is a downgrade. the proces of choosing photos you like used to be way easier too, I don't like that it automatically adds them for you. the process of removing and adding photos has become less good as well

Used to use this app regularly, but since the last update, it's only been available in Dutch, which I can't speak. When will a version be available in the original language (Norwegian) or at least English?
een dag voor de levering sturen ze een mail dat het vertraging heeft(je wacht dan al een week en betaald bijna 7euro verzendkosten!) wanneer dan wel juist ook niet gekend! wil je contact met ze opnemen, krijg je een stomme zo chatbot dat geen mens wil doorschakelen! echt onprofessioneel, er zijn vele betere alternatieven!!! blijf hier weg, niks me aan te vangen!!!
update made the app change language and i can't change it bacn
voor de update gebruikte ik altijd deze app om fotoboeken te maken. sinds de update deze maand kan ik helaas niet meer kiezen welke layout ik per pagina wil: vroeger meestal 4 per pagina met tekst in het midden en de mooiste foto's in groot op 1 pagina, maar nu doet hij automatisch bijna alle foto's in groot over de pagina en kan ik het zelf niet aanpassen, dat is helaas niet meer werkbaar voor mij

Why has this app now changed language and name?, where did bonusprint go?, I originally downloaded an English app

Poor app. Very few features. I tried to order basic prints but only have the option of 6 x 4. What if I want to order different sizes? I can't. Well not in the app. Therefore it makes the app a pointless waste of time. Honestly, how difficult is it to offer a range of options?
Ordered christmas cards from them that was supposed to arrive latest 8th december. We never received any cards and support does not answer our emails. I'm guessing this app might be some kind of scam? Watch out!
Awful. Not possible to move a photo from one page to another. Not possible to change the pages around. When ordering through the app you don't get the option to add another item to the cart once you've selected one. Very frustrating all around.
the app has changed recently and is now useless! it's more complicated to make photo books and adding things to your basket is a faff?! terrible
So frustrating. I spent about an hour and a half creating a photo book on the app and when I went to try and order it doesn't save the project and asks you to log in and when you do it isn't there. I then made sure to log in and spent another hour doing it again only for the same thing to happen again even though I was already logged in. Such a waste of time I want to buy a product from you yet you make it impossible
In der neuen App sind plötzlich Bilder die zuvor (in der Poster XXL App) absolut ausreichend waren und bei den der Druck immer in hervorragender Qualität ankam nicht mehr ausreichend und das selbst wenn man die Größe halbiert - das ist absolut enttäuschend. Ich werde mich also nach einer Alternative umsehen müssen. Schade

Useless app. Stupidity in a nutshell. The opening hours are not accurate. Example I tried phoning them Friday 14-04-23.and lines were closed. I had to use their chat. It took nearly 1.5 hours to arrive at a result. I was given un reupload code that simply doesn't work. Used to be a great company. It's terrible now. How is it cost effective to have an employee on chat for over an hour? He could have solved the issue in less than 10 minutes. On the phone. And giving people codes that don't work!!!

Misleading, the cost on the website says £24.99 for a large photo book, the app says £37 (that's before adding photos) The option to upload with Google Photos is there, but doesn't work. Overall, really disappointed, will not be using again.
Prints are fine but I genuinely do not understand why the wall art posters are not in sensible sizes. Eg 30x20 slightly larger than A4 so it's incredibly difficult to find frames that fit these pictures
Took forever to upload , couldn't get photos laid out how I wanted , couldn't change cover pic . It's their way or no way I'm afraid.
First problem when designing a card is that the four way arrow to move the pictures doesn't work. You can only move by resizing one way then the other. Second, have had some lovely cards printed in the past, but now they insist on putting an advert for BonusPrint on the back of your cards. I am paying to print my picture on a card, not for the privilege of distributing your advert. Even a free service has less intrusive ad. And I'm going to keep posting this review every time it's removed.
After downloading the app and creating a photo book the app won't allow me to order and purchase, I have a bang up to date phone etc, what a waste of time!!!

The cost online is 7p a photo, the app for the same size is 12p. So I uninstalled

I have a problem ordering photos. The app just let's me know theres a problem, but not what kind of problem. Very annoying especially after selecting all the photos and editing them for over an hour..
Very very poor. Took all day to upload my photos and once done it told me there was an error and I could not proceed. No way of find out what the problem was or rectifying it.
I find this app very confusing and inconvenient to use. it's definitely not very user-friendly; it took me several minutes just to add a title on the cover page - all I got was errors after errors. What frustrates me the most is the font sizes and the automatic changes the app does to either revert it to the original (pre-edited) size or to another font. For example, if I change the font to MADE Mirage and increase the size from 8 to 10, it goes to Arial and size 8. It's absolutely infuriating!
I always used this app to make photobooks before, every year I would make 1-2 photobooks and I enjoyed selecting layout and design myself from scratch, but after the update everything is in dutch and I cant change the language, also the app itself wants to fill in all my photos into the photobook itself, which I dont want it to do. I just want to create my photobooks the same way I did before, my own way without the app doing it for me. -Greetings from a photographer.

bugs in the App
Would be a great app for making calendars if the pictures loaded in a timely manner when selecting from the camera reel. It's like the app is set to Spinning Wheel of Doom on the last pictures for finishing up a calendar when you are getting close to the end of the decent priced offers. Bad tactics - I'm just gonna take my business elsewhere if I miss out on -40%, not pay "full price"...
Do not want to login until I have experienced the App

keeps crashing and losing fully built calendars
Wanted to order photos and it worked great but it keeps sending me push notice on deals and I feel like i got a ad spammer on my phone.
Google photos is not an option for choosing photos anymore, so this app is now useless. The photos I have been sent that would appear on Google Photos don't show up in any other source options i.e. they don't show in WhatsApp, through which they were sent. Seems easy to edit layout etc, but not usable as I cannot access most of my photos.
