I have to use a brand new bank account because from may 8th to June 12 they attempted to charge my account 40 times. and most were in 2 days. I also never signed up for that either

cash grabbing app that takes your money without permission
Don't ever try this app. I never authorized a membership or activation. I've been trying to cancel for months and they keep going in my account and taking my money. I hit the deactivation button, it takes me to a login page. It then says verify the code we sent to your phone. I never got that code. So I choose my email for verification, and by the time I check my email, the app asks me to login again, and it's the same ole story. Start over

so many different charges plus some. even after canceling and requesting several times to cancel I was charged more and more. now I have a charge of $39.99 for an account that should have been cancelled. "To clear things up, it appears that this $39.99 Genius charge was processed prior to the cancelation of your plan. Consequently, the transaction was still finalized. Please reach out if there's anything else we can do for you." this is what I received, mind you its 3 days early. 0 stars

DO NOT USE! Will randomly one day decide to take hundreds of dollars from your account into "investing" and the appeal process is designed to hurt you. you've been warned! delete now!

Manipulative & Misleading, the cancellation process has several grayed out buttons to continue and swaps their locations to confuse you. You will not get approved for any financial help, only signing yourself up for another scammy service. Surprisingly, the only helpful thing was the AI which was able to give a deactivation link.
FRUSTRATING I have tried to cancel this damn app for 6 months and they keep STEALING money out of my account!!! Every time I delete my checking account they make me connect another just to get to a damn screen in which it takes me in another damn circle DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS CROOK APP!!!!
craptastic and scammy company.. I reached out 3 times about canceling. I never received a so called debit card. I kept getting billed at different rates and values each time. and what you know.... scam behaviors. no refunds. Just there is better companies out there that charge a lot less for better services. I just got charged and they wouldn't refund even that. yeah no thanks, will not recommend and now will just sit here do a chargeback and review you like crazy.

I need to know how to get my money back since this app is just a fraud. Linked my account, took the 9.99, verified my account and identity and now says I need an active account. Which I have since they stole money for nothing.

Fraudulent and Illegal Charges after Canceling despite multiple support tickets reaching out to them telling them that they are continuing to charge my bank account they then lock me out of the app completely saying that I'm not logging on a device they recognize despite this being the only and same device that I have always logged in on since the account was established run away worst app and worst customer support with blatantly chat gbt written responses that make absolutely no sense!

Wish can give a zero. Another DID NOT SUSCRIBE but being charged for it without any notice my bank was going to be charged. Im tech savvy and cant figure out how to cancel for something I just downloaded looked at and deleted the app. SCAM ARTIST!!!

signed into pay small amount owed & woke up with the money withdrawn but $40 for a nonsense subscription fee. having to email customer service because they have a garbage chatbot he tells me they offer no refunds & I did agree to the subscription nearly 2 years ago. also he was closing the account. sorry but 2 years is long time to not have someone's consent & now I am charged with no account/ services?? Albert what did I ever do to you ?
they only loan you money for a week now,I have to borrow it anyways.
they charge your account without authorization and when you contact them to get them to stop they don't stop and they make it almost impossible to get in contact with them in the first place I do not recommend there is many better banking apps out there they do the same thing without stealing money from you
The app isn't cost effective, It's very time consuming to complete any transactions due them needing 3 to 5 business days to process everything and the genius customer service they hype up is useless. While I found the agents to be very pleasant, they aren't ineffective. There isn't anything they can actually do to fix your issue. However you can look forward to a bunch of generic computer generated but sincere apologies and invitations to return for more "help" anytime. 🙄
They are deceptive. They advertise the Base package as 14.99/month, but they change it, without your knowledge. They "supposedly" sent an email, but I have checked all my folders and trash and they did not. Additionally every month you have to contact support (not the AI) because something screws up on their end and they have to rework your Instant amount, so they can overcharge you more. I went from having 150 (paying back 160), to 144 (paying back 160) due to this change, an extra $6 for them
hit u blind sided double times yes times back to back same day but in hours apart ....in my experience very sneaky if ur busy on the go or just backed up busy answering messages and emails not 2 mention the scam abusers with hitting u at all ends of communication faster than humanly possible keeping up & sorting out them of 10 to 199 texts,emails,calls or any ways they can to ur real actual day 2 day communication of approximately 5-13+but less than 21 texts,emails...etc...to their abusive comm.
Added my bank info while trying to find a new cash advance app & it seemed to be required for qualification to see how much I'd receive. The app did not work as expected so I deleted it. I had no clue I would be charged $20. No email/text with a warning. I used their AI to try to get a refund & was told policy states zero refunds. Zero transparency AND they harass you with several attempts to scare you into not closing your account by acting like all of your info is now at risk. Highway robbery.

I am so sick of this app. It has been on a lock screen for days I can't even see my account info. Ive been using it for years and in the last years time it has really gone down hill. customer service sucks I hate text I like to talk to someone about my experiences not text. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

absolutely will not recommend it cant cancel my membership and they've been taking money from my account since February that's $80 already. You should be able to cancel your subscription on Google like you can do other apps like MyFitnesspal or Photoshop.
I have been trying to cancel my subscription since December. I think I succeed, then get charged the next month. I have tried every single month since to try and disable my account since. It is extremely difficult to disable and has several misleading prompts that will stop your request to disable. I finally emailed them today because this is ridiculous!

I downloaded the app to apply for a payday advance and I NEVER agreed to a membership and their BS FEE Oh and I never did get approved for the advance. they made a point to have access to ALL my bank accounts tho and my spending history for the past 4-5 years too they know more than I do.. what was even more outrageous is their fee is 39.99 😱 if I had $39.99 to just throw away I surely wouldn't need it advance Albert is a joke
should be 2.5 I deactivated the account so I should not be charged. what I don't like is the app still accepts my sign in. I deactivated it by downloading the app. it doesn't really explain what all it does and why it costs $19.99/month and getting the account to close is a joke!! I can't stand when I sign up for something on my computer but have to download the app to cancel. i would like to know who gave this app a 5-- beware!!
wish I could rate this 0 stars. This app doesnt work for me. and I've been trying to delete my account for days. But I cant delete it until the 63 CENTS goes into my account. while waiting for that 63 CENTS to be deposited, they charged me a subscription fee. it wasnt time for a subscription renewal. they say no refunds. tried to talk to customer service, they ghosted me. and I was polite. They overdraft my bank account! fix this please! and stay away from these people!!!
this app automatically signs you up for a subscription. I have had the app for 2 years not paying for it using the free version. at some point it decided it was not longer free (no notification) just started charging one of my linked account for the genius version. 19.99 a month. it is like jumping through hoops to cancel something you didn't sign up for and canceling this has been back and forth with customer service for 6 months they are still charging me.
They require you to sign up for Genious in order to do anything on this app. The advertisements say no membership required for advances or loans but you cannot do anything without paying $19.99 for the first month then $29.99 a month after that!! That's just ridiculous. Very misleading and they try to take advantage of people who are struggling.
A waste of my time and money
Canceled my subscription in January the started taking payments again in May. How they gained access to my account I have no idea. Then they have the nerve to ask me for the number to a card they supposedly sent me that I NEVER received
terrible app. This is the worst experience I've had with any app ever. there's nothing but pop ups preventing me from navigating anywhere. not to mention the fact that I shared my sensitive personal info and they still can't figure out how to connect to my bank account. huge failure on this one. don't interact with this app unless you want another database to have your information for potential hackers to obtain. 0/10
Wake\n Up one morning, they took 3999 out of a $40 amount that was in my account. No warning, no email, no prior notification. Just wake up and the money's gone when I contacted customer service. They inform me they don't do refunds. The money that was in my account was meant to feed my dog for the next 2 weeks.\n When I asked customer service, what am I to feed my dog for the next 2 weeks? I didn't get a reply, no response at all. Great customer service, that's sarcastic. By the way. Terrible
This is ridiculous when I try to get my advance.It says the app needs updated, but when I go into the play store, it doesn't give me an option to update it.I try to refresh everything uninstall.Reinstall, I did everything and it still not working
19 membership 13 for transfer a little expensive.
