They texted me one message and then I got crickets. This app is supposed to help against scams, but what if it is one itself? I still expect my money to be returned to my checking account. I know you guys still have the information on file unfortunately.
This app is predatory as heck, wasn't eligible for a cash advance but took 10 bucks out my account anyways and they make it hard to quit. Never using these guys EVER.

You can't remove your bank info unless you have another to replace it, deactivated my account (or so I thought), was charged for a subscription and deactivated account, yet again, making sure with support that it was actually deactivated this time but was denied a refund. You can't easily navigate thru the app. nor can you change things, or deactivate things apparently, as effectively as you can with other apps. You shouldn't have to deactivate accounts multiples times.
updated: I was able to beg and get a refund. but would not recommend. be careful. you can't see easily you've signed up for a subscription or how to cancel it. no email or notification nothing. then all of a sudden a month later they take money out of whatever account you were stupid enough to connect. no emails. no reminders. nothing.

I don't need any help with my Budget and you are asking me to relink my bank I don't have an account with you sir. when I looked at the fees I instantly changed my mind I saw that it was a scam.

I deleted this app & canceled membership. I was charged $9.99 +$9.99 +$19.99 & can't get any of it back. This is definitely fraud. Avoid Albert!!
After closing my account they still somehow managed to take $500 from me and their support just stopped responding. I can't even log in to get my money back, because I no longer have an account. $500 just gone.

they will track your account no matter if you decline. if you cancel your account they will still track you. They are contacting me about cashapp and I never gave them access to it
Charged me $20 randomly stating I had a "subscription" which I did not. All I did was download the app. THIS APP IS A SCAM! They stated they wouldn't refund me the $20 after my bank account "couldn't connect", my card "couldn't connect" then they somehow charged me $20 they would not refund. Reporting the app as fraudulent and innauthentic, DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

Cannot cancle subscription as they intentionally make it stupidly difficult with like 10 different hoops to jump through just to cancle it. I can't even call them? Ive waited over 6 days for a payment to finish transferring to turn of auto savings, then was told I have to wait ANOTHER 7 buisness days for my savings to transfer out before I can close the account. what's next, another 7 buisness days to process me ending my subscription? I'm stuck paying for something I don't even use.... scummy.
I looked into this briefly never knowing I had an account until I was charged a $9.99 fee. Do NOT download this app...they WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY. Trying to get it deactivated is like pulling teeth with a tweezer!

yeah no, what you make an account they want you to pay for a plan for just keeping the account. that seems awfully sketchy to me, if you want to pay $20 for an account that is hook up to your bank account go for it.
This advertised as a borrowing money app. I don't like the fact that I have to change my direct deposit to this app for a loan. Then after 30 days you have to pay monthly. Why would I pay for this app if I'm trying to lower debt and can do it for free somewhere else?

worst lying banking service ever not only do they lie. they are stealing my money from me. im not when a bank holds money on a declined payment but now over 30 days and still having there bots lie to me about my money. if any attorneys in las vegas see this please help.

read it was free but was forced to choose a payment option. deactivated due to not being interested in paying will not recommend.
False advertisement, "Albert gives you money in minutes" that's literal bs. Not only is the sign up process lengthy it's not as simple as they make it to be, and even with a healthy account they still denied me any funds.
Avoid this app at all costs.
**UPDATE** EVEN THOUGH I WAS FURIOUS about taking money I never agreed to, I was able to get most of it back thanks tp a customer service rep(didnt get the name tho) I never even finished setting up, never received a card! They still took $9.99 out of my account! When I followed their steps to cancel, they took another $22!! If I can't get someone there to fix this, Ill have to close my damn bank account!!
It's hard to cancel your account. I went through the steps to cancel and I thought mine was closed, but I was still charged this month and I don't use the app anymore. They also won't give you a refund. I was charged $39.99.

the app constantly tries to charge my bank account and when I try to close the account it claims my information is invalid but still attempts to charge me. I will be taking legal action against the company for failure to comply with regulations
Worst app of all of them. Customer support is a nightmare to navigate and no way to call a person. AVOID.

bank account balance doesn't refresh on a regular basis, making it think you don't have the money to pay them back. then when you try to do it manually, it won't. try to close your account, virtually impossible. so many steps. then, one of the last steps is, they ask for the last 4 digits of a debit card for your account with them that I didn't even remember signing up for. it's a trap! stay FAR away from this one.

Would strongly suggest not to use this app. Great while using, but cancelling, then having to call twice after because they kept taking money out of my account and then over 2 years later taking more money out of my account and saying that it was never cancelled (haven't been charged in 2 years then all of a sudden another $40 comes out?) or telling me that I never called over 2 years ago, is not so great.
