this app never wants to load, searching something up? loads for 10 million years no matter the connection. and I cant even sign in as it gives me an error...
I updated the app on 5/4 and now it wont load at all. I see the response from Albertaons is to...chat on the app. We cant! the app isnt loading for anyone so we cant chat on the app! and going by reviews this has been going on since 5/2!

issue as of 5 / 2 doesnt work at all. just goes to a Grey screen that says Albertsons at the top with an arrow back.
It used to be a pretty decent app, maybe 3 or 4 stars, but now it wont even load. Before it was just glitchy, now when I open it, it either is a white screen with the logo at the top, or it will ask me for my location to find store. When I put in my zip code, it spews out errors and occasionally goes to the white screen with the logo. I just want my digital deals since everything is super expensive 😭
App won't open! So much for convenience! I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I use it. Ridiculous.

worked fine for a while but recently it never opens when I need it. Just a blank screen with "Albertsons" across the top.

so I'm in the store and the app is not working so I can't get my grocery list and I can't find the U deals. you people have to be kidding with this non-functional app
The latest update had made the app unusable, as it keeps saying that there are no locations found even if I'm inside the store itself.
Disappointing. I searched for 'milk' and instead flooded with cheese, coffee creamer, and 'fake' milks. But then Lactose free milk showed up. First real whole milk to show up was about 25th on the list. Physical stores are a mess too.
05/01.... the update in the last week or so won't even allow the app to come up
This app used to be reliable and easy to use, but recently, anything I try to do (browse, search for products or deals) takes forever only to get a "Network error" notice. And it doesn't matter if I'm at home on a reliable wifi network, in the store, or somewhere in between.
get rid of this electronic stuff.
Seriously??? Are you guys ever going to fix the app? This is freaking ridiculous!! App is not working correctly anymore. I use this app on almost daily basis. The last couple of weeks it has not been working. I add my coupons to the list and then check them all but they are not coming off at the register after entering my phone number. Please fix this issue! And it's not working again!! Blank screen and it won't load
I can type in zip codes in my city, in a neighboring city, and a major city and you tell me you don't offer services for my area. I've had this number with you guys for 10 years. and I can't use the points. why have the option if you can't access it

doesnt matter if youre at the store or at home using phone data network or connected to fast speed wifi, the app takes so long and so many tries to get it to open. you finally do after so long then you try to search for something and it just loads a blank screen..
New update wont even let the app open. Can't select location so it wont let me even open it.

Every update the app gets slower. The search feature is absolutely ridiculous it freezes everything up. This last update makes it IMPOSSIBLE to shop for Pick up & Go. Just when you think it can't get worse ...it does.
no one can get their apt open up while they're in the store I should not have to walk outside to look at what the deals are Fred Meyer used to have the problem but they had some experts come in and fix the problem so hopefully Albertsons and Safeway do the same thing

I can not download the app to an Android phone.
Haven't been able to get past a blank screen with Albertsons at the top since the last update. very frustrating since I'm missing out on sales locked behind this app working and I can't even look up products since any attempt at looking at the website automatically redirects to the broken app.
please explain how I can run this app on Android 7 but not Android 15. I swear Albertsons is so greedy they will do anything to make sure you have to pay the highest price possible.
Can't even get past making an account. "Unfortunately, service is not available in this ZIP Code." I'm 10 minutes from a store, and even if I put the same ZIP code as the store, it tells me the same. People should be able to make an account without running into issues like this.
used to get around 30% savings. now itscloser to 10%. not woth it anymore.
I've had this app for a couple of years and it gets worse but these past two updates have made it unusable for me. I can't log in, the error it gives me is that it can't connect my account to their server. If this gets fixed I'll update my rating, until then it's a useless app.
Formerly just unintuitive, now glitchy and locks up constantly. (If it runs at all.) An embarrassment.
Abysmal. Completely unusable for the last couple of months. It's working in that it sends me push notifications on new deals but the app itself can't even load the deals or anything, even the weekly ad. Useless at this time and has legitimately cut down on the number of visits I've made to the store.

The app no longer opens. When it did open, it had glitches. Also, I no longer have access to my account because they found 2 accounts in my name, so they deleted my current account. The problem is that I can't update my old account with my married name or current email address. Their IT dpt said they can't fix it(!!??). Terrible.
This app is constantly glitching! I would constantly lose my delivery reservation because I couldn't place my order in time because the app wouldn't let me search for specific items, or apply the coupons, or it would out of no where tell me all my items were undeliverable. Refreshing, uninstalling, reinstaling did nothing! I would contact CS for help and could never get an actual person. I finally gave up and got the walmart app. way cheaper prices and the delivery is faster & No App issues!
