Multiple problems within moments of opening the app: ~ Can't just comparison shop - have to set up a made-up shopping trip. ~ App forced a primary store choice - account already has one. ~ The search window suggests new things to do every two seconds, no way to shut it off. Unhelpful AND distracting to the point of uselessness. This UX is hot garbage. I won't stop shopping at ALDI over it, but am keeping the app unwillingly, for order emergencies only, and using the laptop instead.
So glad Aldi decided to update their things and make things that were perfectly find and working now broken and unable to use. The store opens in less than an hour and can't even properly update anymore. Oh well, can't go there to spend money if you don't know what's there. Aldi has definitely lost money on this.

1st time downloading the app and ordering.. I was excited to find they had pokemon mini tins on the app and that I could get some for my nephew I paid for 2 of them then the next day I get a call from a driver saying they dont have them anymore and I have yet to get my refund.. not a good 1st time experience

some scam email wants me to confirm my order ! I never ordered anything ! your app hates my phone number and password so I cannot make it function !

Why are the prices higher on the app than in the store? I use the app to compare Aldi prices against Walmart and Kroger prices. And when Aldi has a higher price, I just go to Walmrt or Kroger to buy the item. Then I noticed that in the store the Aldi price is lower and more competitive with other stores. Why doesn't the app have the real pricees?
Please tell your I.T. personnel to pay attention to how they design this app & it's so-called updates. I uninstalled this app because it kept on shutting down both of my devices..(Android phone & tablet).. when I tried to check-out & make payment for my order. I also tried to re-install the app from the Google app store & it stopped itself during the process of the install. Please get the bugz fixed,..will ya.

difficult to navigate app and website checkout is the most confusing
THERE IS NO COMMENT BOX LIKE "NO BOXES"
the app has a search bar that continuously rotates suggested search sentences. everything else on the page is static and theres no other movement/flashes, it was so distracting/ irritating that i couldnt finish my pickup order shopping. I uninstalled the app.
easy to make list couldn't get to check out!
