never worked
locks are beautiful, their technical support not so much, app is buggy and they have poor turnaround time and has not solved my problem for weeks. don't count on autolock geofencing to work, my geofencing constantly crashes needing you to relaunch it. thanks for making me babysit.
I am never able to set locks manually and App is a pain.
Unable to make an account
Have notifications stopped working all of sudden on Android? I've uninstalled, reset the bridge and tried another device and I still don't get notifications. This is why I bought a second lock as the notifications worked. Please roll back and test the latest update. This is so frustrating.

Consistently wont allow me to add passcodes, constantly fails when i attempt to lock/unlock via the app. The app says you can set the time for automatic relock feature but its hardlocked to 30s with no adjustment which is far too short. I like the locks, the app is frustrating
Really disappointed that this lock still doesn't have ability to set auto relock time even though description in app says it can be changed.

Wow I didn't think you could make an app worse than August, I was wrong. This app has notifications that can not be dismissed, one touch unlock almost never works, you can not set an auto-lock time even though the app says you can, etc. Endless list of nonsense with this app.
Android 12 - Bluetooth permissions not working along with signing out from Apple ios and logging in on Android does not display devices.
Too bad to connect. Put the device in the cover and when tried to connect it asked for the barcode behind the device. So, I have to take it out. Took a while to connect. But when unplugged and put in holder back failed to connect
Bought the DB2 lock almost solely for the Bluetooth Geofence capability and it worked sporadically for a day or 2 then stopped regardless of the settings I try. Now just like any other basic digital keypad lock... Not so Smart after all
This app sucks, it's so damn difficult to add people and assign them a number and my one touch never works.

I hate this app sometimes. Why is it so hard to set the time zone? I live in Tennessee. But, the eastern time zone is missing. Why will this app not use my phones time that is set? I want the time to be right but it's either an hour ahead or 2 hours behind. Makes no sense. I can't get this time zone thing to work at all. Please, fix this problem that is driving me crazy. Before you ask, I have went down the list resetting time zones to see if I can accidentally find one to work.
Garbage
App gives black screen after login, freezes, then crashes. Tried on multiple devices, only got it to work on one device. Very disappointing.
Can't use the app. There is no "*" in the keypad on the app. Can't entre my Master password.

This db2 door lock is really well made, great to look at. We're very happy with it as a door lock. The app that accompanies it is not great. Integration with Google home app is nothing impressive either.
Hub connectivity issues. Very unreliable.
This app needs a serious update. The interface is awkward to navigate and personally I find it confusing to add keys..
The bridge is constantly failing. The lock is good but notifications are often wrong. E.g. Showing manual lock or unlock when the pinpad was used.

Very frustrated. I'm not sure whether it's it's app issue or a hardware issue but this sometimes works and other times not. There are spelling mistakes in the app among other frustrations. The range of connection is extremely limited as well. Very confused why Alfred is rated so highly (which was why we decided to go with their door lock)
Super disappointed with this app. Still buggy and I end up having to punch in my code. App takes forever to launch and recognize Bluetooth OR wifi. Brutal.
