This is a platform for scammers. They took me £850 and then passed my card details on for another £1200. Uncontactable and unwilling to help. They obviously don't vet any of their sellers. Don't Buy !

Blantantly anti-user. There is a fully functional website, but they won't let me use it. Instead, I am booted from it and forced to download this app. I'll download the app, but I'm leaving this review.

I am highly disappointed with the level of scamming and the poor handling of complaints. Be very careful when placing orders-you may receive garbage or low-quality products. The system has been exploited by scammers, especially for high-value items. The worst part is that this involves verified businesses, and Alibaba cannot always guarantee their authenticity. Making a complaint gives fraudsters avenue to just sent rubbish tracking number and system starts asking buyers proofs.. Bad system

worst online shopping app I request from supplier and my shipment got back to him I didn't receive it when I request Alibaba team for refund they reply to me they cannot force supplier to return my money, by the end I lost 100 $ it very bad experiences
Alibaba completely failed me as a buyer. I was sold products that were not as described, poorly packaged, damaged, wrongly labelled, and lacking proof of the specifications promised. After spending serious money for a premium business bundle, I was passed around between the supplier and Alibaba with almost no accountability. In the end, I genuinely feel conned and unsupported. Buyer protection felt more like a slogan than reality. their customer service only says the same thing over and over
