just got scammed. 337 dollars for a grill. excited as it was supposed to be delivered today. fedex showed delivered, but photo was of not my property. tried to open claim, but FedEx said may house number did not match the delivery address (address list at AliExpress is my correct address). shipping weight was listed as 29.9lbs, grill lists as 98.1lbs. I am sure I won't be refunded. Good luck... hope you don't get scammed too.

Why don't I see my order history anymore? I click on account and there's a whole lot of senseless things, but zero shopping history, tracking and what not. I guess we're only supposed to spend and have no control over what happens after that. I don't get this change, why?? The app is practically useless now.

PayPal gave me the money back and it's goodbye AliExpress I would never shop on there again, no customer support and the refund return policy is FAKE.
ordered a few choice items (which is handled directly with AliExpress) and a few other items from sellers. The items from the sellers arrived fine but the choice items never arrived, I use a freight company to bring my items to me, and on the proof of delivery it said the package wasn't received but got rejected, and they still marked it as delivered on the website. AliExpress has also denied my refund request saying there wasn't sufficient proof and now I have to dispute the charges on Paypal.
avoid like the plague they side with sellers when you can't provide Unobtainable evidence of missing items. edit.... I have been back and forward to help centre and refund has been refused 3 times, I was also sold and item that wasn't as advertised and I lost out on money because of it.
used to be my go to shopping app but now I can't even see the items. every item i want to check is somehow bundled and when i click on them, the actual item is not there. i am just asked to buy a bundle of random items. for what? people get better over time. how do you get this bad?
purchased an expensive item that looked to have been left outside my house and couldn't be located at all. Aliespress are not replacing or refunding and I still don't have what I paid for. Disgusting service and Ive been using them for many years. Thanks for the apology but I'm still £60+ down and you are failing to honour the purchase with a replacement. The service is good until there's a problem, then the true colours show!

i would give it a zero rating if i could. I ordered LED lights and never got it. After awhile the thing told me it failed to deliver. I tried getting my refund, AND THEY REFUSED.
The email notification are absolutely insane If you want to see the delivery you have to endure 50 emails everyday telling you it is still in transit. Why they haven't fixed this is ridiculous Huge company can't sort it out. So must be on purpose. Also hard to get refunds when item is obviously second hand
do not buy from this site, esp affordable home furniture. I bought a $500 home entertainment center and they blew me off for months. then gave me a random tracking number via FedEx. when the package arrived in a town I don't not live in, customer support and PayPal said my package was delivered and I cannot request a refund. it's been a nightmare. it's a great scam if you think about it. just don't fall for it like i did.

I wish i could speak to someone, I don't care how broken their English is. i showed their AI bot my bank statement of all the payments I've made, and compared it to my order history, and asked where's my stuff, what stuff did I get scammed on. No help at all.

Three purchases using this site have all been a disaster. 1st, I was sent a counterfeit item. 2nd, never arrived and I was made to wait for 6 weeks for a refund. 3rd, also has failed to arrive. Be really careful making purchases on this site.

What on earth is going on, I download the app, signed into my Gmail. when I left the app and opened it again later, it asked for my Gmail again ! and then locks me out, this is messed up. 😡
If you receive a defective item. they will use every possible tactic to make it impossible or viable for you to get your money back. Scamy behaviour to say the least. Avoid. ! imagine a 3 euros part that the seller assumes is defective or not as described, first the seller tells you to ask for a refund, then Aliexpress tells you to ship it back. So you end up paying 9 euros to send a 3 euros part! Crazy tactics.... Beware. what looked cheap ends up in the recycle bin !
I liked the fact that Ali express has good electronic devices but the way they operate makes me hate and lose interest in buying from them you buying 12 items at once why isn't it becoming a single package, now you have to track 12 items separate, why? and shipping costs are becoming too much. you might think you are done with customs then boom another becauses obvious you might track of how many you have paid when when there's a lot of items in order, I think they can learn a lot from Temu
Use your junkmail when shopping with them, as they will spam you daily, and blocking does not work as they change the address they are sending from. Hyper shopping with hyper spam commercials.

I have been using the app for almost 10 years, and I was fully satisfied until I recently ran into problems with items I purchased from different sellers. I paid for shipping with the purchase online, but the carrier is asking for an additional payment. I checked with the support team, and they advised that there is no need for payment. The carrier refused to hand over the items without payment I raised a ticket for support, and after investigating the case, they decided I refused to receive it

very poor customer service. won't buy from this app again. Update: I have contacted the AliExpress customer service and they have refused to pay me a full refund for my purchase. The watch I received was both: 1) incorrect color sent, and 2) Defective (the second hand was not functioning). Additionally, this item was purchased under the “Choice” program and I returned it the next day. I will file a chargeback with my payment provider for failure to honor buyer protection standards.

Free return promises is a scam. Many items within free return protection period were still charged 9 dollar return shipping cost and when I asked why the customer service just told me "upon checking, it is for you to pay the shipping cost" again and again even when the terms and conditions states clearly that "consumer are not responsible for shipping cost when making less than 5 returns within a month" huggggge scam....don't buy anything here if u just want to try things out....

Take care-no one will protect you from fraud on this app. I was a loyal customer and bought many items over several months until I was scammed by a Chinese seller who sent me an unlawful, hacked product. I returned the item in perfect condition, but my refund was still rejected. 5 claims were rejected. and AT ECC the reply was "AliExpress is a sales platform, not your contractual partner. Your contract is with the individual seller, so we cannot intervene." Aliex. reply below shows useless link
