The 43 EUR coupon exchange is a scam. At 00:00 you can't use the exchange feature, it gives you an error and you can access it only after the stock of the 43 EUR is "gone". I wasted 60 days to get the 500.000 diamonds/crystals and since 3 days I try to exchange them for the 43 EUR coupon and without luck.... SCAM

Going out of my way to review. The app needs work. Clicking back will take you back to the home screen sometimes, instead of just back one stwp to the search page. Meaning if you have scrolled through 200 items, you lose that spot. If you want to continue searching from the 200 spot, you will have to scroll to that spot again. Also needs to show the navigation menu on the bottom while searching. I want to be able to compare what I am seeing in the search page to what I already have in my cart.

⚠️SCAM seller (Tewjig Store - Hong Kong China)sent wrong lengths for all of the wigs I ordered and claimed that they were the right length. When I asked for a full refund, she gave me an excuse. When I filed for a dispute, she asked me if I would accept a $5 refund and then $15. The process is so long and depressing, no chance of getting the money back. She then proceeded to beg me to cancel the dispute and agreed on a $30 refund if I wrote a 5☆ positive review. Customer service did not help

It became unusable, they put "special offers" on certain listings one is interested in, and then they only allow you to buy it by itself immediately without anything else. So if it's a small product for a few bucks you can't combine it, you either pay more for shipping than for the product itself or you don't get what you want. Simple as that. What a joke
Total scam! They merge several different orders into one, under one tracking number and even if only half of items get delivered, all are considered delivered, since it is all under one tracking number. No appeal, dispute helps! And they want evidence that the order has not been received,.. how?? Just pure scam!

it's my first time downloading the app and when I went to get 3 things for 99 cent as a new shopper it keeps telling me that it's more than that after I try to pay the price would go back to 20 dollars even I try to change my items it won't let me I don't find that fair this is a scam
so I've had two packages show delivered at my house but I never received them. I do not trust them now and I will not use them again because they said there was an issue with giving me my refund since it showed it was delivered. beware I think they're coming to the address taking the picture so it shows it's delivered and then taking the package because this is happening to me on multiple occasions and I have yet to get any money back.
Sellers will mark items as shipped and provide a tracking number. But when asked why tracking isn't updating, the seller admits they didn't ship it to begin with and the product is "presale" and won't ship for another month or longer, despite the listing showing it released already and the seller marking it as shipped. AliExpress customer service refused to help me because the item is marked as "shipped" despite the seller saying admitting they never shipped it. absolute scam platform

They use SpeedX, GoFo Express, UniUni, etc, the worst shipping companies that steals, damages, loses, and never delivers your packages. The cost of items increased drastically. I can't order small acrylic standees without them being $10 or more.

If you cancel an order, they dont process it, still charge and ship, then you're stuck with it and a whole other process to return and hope they refund it. Plus that is a huge waste of fuel. Messages with sellers seem to disappear during a dispute. They also really need to Crack down on sellers which sell products that just break, are literal garbage or do not match description. It is massively wasteful and is just plain untrustworthy.

Don't fall victim to their scam promotions or $1 coupons as they cannot be used with any other coupons. items frequently DO NOT ship and especially during a promotion. awful slow shipping 55days until I got my package
"Alley Express". Like walking down an alley of shady vendors. And ALiExpress is the guy charging them to set up in his alley. Prices are cheap... because they stuff everything into a plastic bag and throw it through the postal service. Things break and they give you the first two refunds like an honest company would. Then you buy more. Tracking numbers that go to other names/addresses. Clearly wrong items. Clearly mis-packaged items destroyed. Items missing. It's a scam!

BEWARE: The green coupon codes are scam! You will never be able to claim the coupons! There is no way to claim it. Im trying for months and nothing. Playing these games for "money" is pure scam! Aliexpress became the worst type of scum!
First time use AliExpress to purchase 2 items and having issues with both. Sellers use the platform sent faulty item and will not take return or refund easily. Will make every excuse not to replace the faulty item of give refund. Never again will use this shopping platform.
THIS APP IS LITERALLY LIKE A VIRUS! Everytime a random ad for Aliexpress plays whenever I play different games, it always automatically opens the app for me regardless of whether or not I have any attention of buying anything. I found this so annoying that I literally uninstalled the app, but even that didn't stop them from bothering me. So now, when a random ad from Aliexpress plays, it instead just opens a tab from my web browser, which is honestly way more annoying if you have a 99 tab limit.

I GOT SCAMMED I got to pick an item for $1 from their list. The item I picked normally cost $80 so I thought that's amazing. No I never received the item they kept messaging saying my address was incorrect while showing my address as correct. I rang the post office and they never received my item and all of a sudden it's disappeared from my order history.Don't use this site please it's a SCAM or they will scam you if they can.
