I was told to download to access my accommodations but then makes me go to the full website so why download the app and take up space on the phone.

Not sure if it's Alight's fault, but one of my account balances always shows an amount from at least two years ago... A bug?
Can log in nowhere on the app to get help from tech support
"Your request could not be processed." basically every button doesnt work... Edit, downgrading to 1 star from 2. now its just purely Technical Difficulty simulator. 0 effort into making the app actually work. if you have literally any alternative, please use it instead.
Just as the other one star reviews said. Not user friendly, it crashes, doesn't really provide valuable information. At least for Kohls you have difficulty getting any representative to be able to give you help outside of what the FAQs already say because it is just a big corporation outsourcing HR duties to a random call center. Just use a computer if you can. If not than I am sorry.

i just want to see my HSA account. super difficult to navigate. and i still dont know how to find it. whoever designed this should get fired or maybe they just dont want you to see how much fee they are taking from you.
It's such a shame that State Farm has to go to third parties!!! After being an associate with The Farm for close to 30 years, in several different positions, retiring in 1997, when Alight is involved, mostly it's nearly impossible to accomplish my request. This is a case in point. PLEASE e-mail what it is I'm supposed to read. Thank you!
awful. slow. buggy. glitchy. have to use it because my hr selected alight. web interface is worse. only plus is for employers who don't want you to use your balance
absolutely god awful, terrible in every way. you are better off going to the website, the app itself never works. you cant get anything you need done. This is a sad excuse for a brand and I'm ashamed my company continues to incorporate its use. STAY CLEAR, THIS APP IS A SCAM.
Terrible app, pages take forever to load up if they don't have a blank white page. Always crashing and saying close the app or wait.
What a nightmare app. Nothing works, can't download, take a screenshot, or use my camera. Getting around this unfriendly app is impossible. I hate the white mode, and it loads slow. Unfortunately, I am forced to use Alight. My attorney has been waiting a week for paperwork and I can't access my documents. The ridiculous chat and the live agent are uneducated and clueless, and threw the ball in my court for me to resolve the issues. I am beyond infuriated. HR app....NOT. Thanks for the stress.

They have improved photographing receipts... Except for the fact you still can't submit them due to their perpetual 'glitch'; regardless of device.

Takes me through constant loopholes to login, the app constantly crashes, and navigating through the app is terrible.
Where do I even start? Customer service is terrible and isn't helpful. App is super buggy. You can't even do simple thing like typing in a 3 digit number. Drag down menu is distorted. The entire process of funding and drawing on commuter benefits is ridiculous compare to Benefit Resource.
Too difficult to logout properly. Going from payment screen back to home page is nearly impossible and very confusing. VERY difficult to maneuver due to poor setup. Not a user friendly app!
no portal for payment. Also, there isn't a way to see or manage your billing options
trash app, don't waste your time downloading because you'll want to blow your head off from frustration

This app, like the website sucks. After initial login and setup issues, it is ok for viewing account information, but the ability to edit, make account changes, or do anything useful is severely limited. LOTS of buttons for navigation which refresh/load with agonizingly slow speed. Overall, a barely-functional app required by HR. Needs a professional app developer for function and a graphic designer for logical content layout.
GARBAGE APP. CONSTANTLY FREEZES AND AI SLOP DOESN'T ANSWER QUESTIONS ACCORDINGLY.

I have not been able to use the app ever for reimbursement. It gives an error everytime I try to take a picture of a receipt. Totally worthless.
Not user-friendly at all. Typically, it always has a "glitch" when trying to submit a claim for reimbursement.

New 1 star review. Leave management program is absolutely the worst program i have ever had the displeasure of using. Of your company switches to this just know you company does not like you. Trying to proactively document leave request for med procedure....server error online, phone call....stuck waiting for 45 minutes, open live chat....going on 1hr and 15 min. FAQ and instructions are poor at their best. This is peoples pay your messing with if leave can't be entered correctly. Do better!
kept glitching and closing out
Not intuitive. The landing page is very disjointed and not intuitive to where you want to go quickly. Your final destination or goal seems to be embedded within certain pathways rather than being clear and transparent on the landing page. Can't wait to get out of this interface.
can't file a claim with attachments. it gives an error statement.
