And also our family in Phil can receive the money anytime. Why not charge your users for every transaction and use the fee to improve your system so that there will be no delays. We also have some bills need to pay on time. And your system always delayed. Fix it ASAP!

Can't use it overseas. This App I think become useless
The NFC voucher feels like a joke. Even if you manage to buy it, the app cancels the voucher without any reason until you call their customer service. Their customer service team is poorly trained-they keep repeating the same statements that aren’t even mentioned in the voucher description. They even called me twice just to repeat the same useless excuses. Their product team, IT and customer service teams clearly need more training before providing services to customers.
Why can't you just apply rewards automatically? Why make it such a painful and tedious process? Half of the time I try to scan the rewatd coupons at 7-eleven they don't work and it's impossible to know whether they've been used or not. other apps can do it so why can't you? Mainland Alipay is so much better and more useful
Cash Top up System is totally crushed and confirmed any transaction. Now I switched to PAYPAL or Credit card to carry out E -payment instead. The Worst user experience ever since .
My HK EasyGo does NOT work anymore! refreshing the QR code and reinstalling the app does not fix it.

I have changed my mobile recently while I have forgotten the password so as to fill in the "payment verification code" for login as required. It might be very safe of the design; too safe even very uneasy for the owner to reuse the Apps. Sigh!

This app is very convenient but the gcash remittance is always on system maintenance especially on pay day and also when the rate is high gcash always on system maintenance until the rate drop. It's crazy.

All I wanted to do was buy some HeyTea. In order to do so, Alipay demands I give them a scan of my HKID, facial collection scan, personal address, income and source of income. Process takes more than 20 minutes. And even after doing all that, I cannot buy anything still! I just want HeyTea man. App is clearly just an information collection scam, does not actually work. Tried the app again, everytime I try to buy something it requires me to authenticate my phone number, ID, and credit card!
always slow when it comes to remittance
How can I get my coupon back if i fail to do remittance?? it took one off of me then connection fail
it's been a year since i used this apps as sending my remittance but lately I'm disappointed cause last November 28, 2025 i send remittance to my gcash but takes time it said processing but the next day they had noticed for delay and sad to say until now the remittance still in processing status and still have "delay notice"😭😭 please do something about it😢😢
Always System Update from Alipay to GCASh, why do you need to partner with Gcash if you always have a problem with it. Higher rate but useless.
it's more than a week that we can't send money to Gcash, it's not convenient anymore, in case of emergency, annoying.

why always on system upgrade notice.. just done last day and again today...and my money I tried to send to my gcash account doesn't show up but in my alipay account said it's success remittance.. but still didn't come to my gcash
i can't open
The exchange rate and handling fee are much higher than WeChat Pay. Please carefully check it if you are still willing to compete with WeChat. Unlike its mainland China version, this HK version app is quite unstable and will randomly exit & jump back to its home screen at any moment frequently, even during payment. Purchasing inside other apps sometimes won't wake up AlipayHK automatically. Your IT department must carefully check and fix it.
fairly unstable and often glitches
good app but loading assets and animations lags my phone (Samsung A53) every time. please give an option for user to turn off animations
三個月內第三次支付不成功但仍然令信用卡扣款了，另外load得越來越慢，有些功能不能顯示引致要，uninstall 再reinstall,體驗越來越差

It's a good app when you Shop online, but the problem is, the remittance via gcash is always suspended which is very upsetting.
alipay to gcash not working almost a week now
before the update it was flawless.. but after the update.. it keeps freezing..
the gcash remittance is always upgrade in alipay especially if the peso rate is higher .. I hope they can fix it .
