despite language settings, they only send offers in french. lots of other errors, low quality of coding

hotel does not even provide cloth ironing machine.

why would you use this app if the same hotel rooms are much cheaper on Agoda. Do yourselves a favor, use Bali hotel to do a comparison. update 19 Jun 2026.- i confirmed Agoda offers better rates compared to the app, booking conditions are the same.

The worst customer service I've ever seen. I've used 6k of my reward points for a booking that was eligible for free cancellation, and 5 days have passed and the support is not helping AT ALL on refunding the points nor are they responding to my follow-ups. The phone support is better, but still, they cannot help nor resolve the issue and I must be contacted by the non responsive, nonchalant support team.

if you book with them, it works. If you don't it's utterly useless. Support are polite but unable to help, if it's not on the script you're not getting any help. Really unimpressed.

I had the worst experience with sofitel Cairo,not Gezira sofitel but the other one. we enter from the wrong entrance by car and a security attacked us instead of explaining politely he nearly hit my driver and talked to me as if I was a kid .The rudest security guard I have ever seen.It was yesterday at 3 pm .Check your cameras. I thought sofitel was very classy. He acted like a cheap thug. Even if we entered a wrong way why should we be treated this way.I was just picking up a resident

displaying miles rather than kilometres - located in Italy - language set English UK - and the app is still showing miles - I had to delete the app and use the website version on my phone to get the distances in kilometres - why??
