awful ! you start to book a room, want to pay, it does not go through and your booking is not confirmed but still displayed in the application. you can even check in ! Then few hours later, you receive a mail that your booking is cancelled. you want to rebook and the magic application has increased rates by 10% ! Thieves !!!
Not intuitive. Search results criteria should stick. Instead, after a search change of dates we have to select the criteria or filter again and again, for eg list by ascending or descending order. It always defaults to list by distance. The selected option should stick. Some sections such as feedback does not work so cannot provide feedback from the app.
in the middle of booking the app and the side goes down. now I'm stuck with a few of the same hotels without any ability to change anything. 0 support totally disappointed, 7 different hotels in the row, in 3 different countries, all of them - aggressive and not professional staff. never will go back to any of this chain

cumbersome
Some links within the app do not do anything. For example, when clicking on links to give feedback nothing happens. There is no link to write reviews for completed stays unlike with IHG. Rates for some types of rooms do not seem to be displayed when compared with third party sites. Accor's own sites should have better listings and rooms as well as rates and promotions than third party sites to encourage booking directly but this isn't the case it seems. Price matching not honored.
app no longer includes tax in hotel price. it has several bugs that support hasn't fixed. it works, most of the time.
