haven't been able to play for months due to frozen screen, nothing is clickable. Support has nothing left to help me. I have done all the advised. I am level 4297 or I'd start over.
I've beaten almost 3,450 levels. I've absolutely loved the game until recently. The levels have become impossible to beat unless you have upgrades. There just isn't enough time nor enough items to grow the hole large enough to finish the levels. In order to earn upgrades, you either have to earn them from events or pay real money for them. I'm so disappointed that yet again, another company is trying to squeeze every dollar out of their customers. Don't waste your time or your money.
Goal items are so small, hard to recognize, so you don't know what you need to grab or if that's the correct item. Deceptive.
The game was great for a while. Today, ads started popping up in the middle of rounds. I was so excited for this game. Uninstalling...
been playing this ages ... was quite impressed with my progress until I got a new phone ... my progress wasnt saved .... i sent all my details... but still played while I waited for a reply .... I then got a reply saying my gameplay had been restored to level 3 ... I messaged again and still waiting for a reply .... days later ... be careful I was hooked but to lose all the progress I had and to now not getting a reply after sending all my details again ... rubbish !!!
OMG the holes moves SO GOD DAMN SLOOOOOW! uninstalled. I dont have 2hr to get thru each level. Talk about using bad programming.

The game sucks!!! The time limits are absolutely ridiculous!!! There is not enough to collect everything. The super hard levels are stupid and neatly impossible at times to collect certain items because they throw bombs right where the bombs are placed. When you try to get item where the bomb is, the bomb goes in the hole..The game took 900 coins from me! I contacted support but they are worthless. They didn't reply to my message. I want my coins back!!

I'm really just so sick and tired of being asked to pay to not have ads shoved down my throat while I'm just trying to unwind and play a game. I originally downloaded this game specifically because it was advertised as ad free. And it was for a solid week and then suddenly today...ads. It's a fun enough game I would have kept playing but the bait and switch is wild. Uninstalling.
this has gotten ridiculously difficult. The game play is so laggy also
game was great in the beginning but it seems the developers have reduced the times throught the game according to various testimonials across various platforms. it seems they have made it so hard to complete each level that you need use your "helps" and once you run out you need to purchase helps...to keep the game going... its a shame because it was a very enjoyable game but it seems to have been ruined by greed. Countless people have said they will be deleting the game as I will soon...
The graphics suck now! In the beginning it looked like modern graphics really good detail, now its lackluster and plays like a game rated for 1 star 🌟 smh do better.
Only could get to level 29 without having to purchase more time. The level was impossible to beat and move on with the time given. I am not spending my hard earned money on a game. Deleted.
this game cheats. it will purposely have bombs chase you and it speeds up the time and slows down the hole. the more you buy coins the more bombs it puts on the board. don't play this game.
for some reason its now impossible to get 3 stars, even with 2mins left on the timer. makes it very hard to win any tournaments. its nothing to do with strategy or extra time. it literally impossible now to get 3 stars, get it sorted

I'm done! I have played this game for a very long time and daily. now, at level 6085, it is absolutely impossible to pass. this game starts becoming so difficult that you have no option but to spend money if you want to pass the level. I've spent a lot of $$$ just to pass, but now every second level is a super hard one and just impossible to clear. it's very disappointing as this WAS probably one of the most therapeutic games I had found....until now, too stressful, waste of money
The games an absolute joke now! Since they changed it, introduced the 'black hole ball' and a few other features. It isn't even a 'pay to play' it's a pay to lose! It's nearly impossible at level 2950 to pass a level without spending money. Even with a full Molly's bag you still need to use additional boosters to get past a level that isn't noted as hard or difficult, that's with you not even trying to collect the bonus items like the watering cans, typewriters, ovens and roman helmets.

**Updated if i could give this 0 stars i would. no improvement have been playing this for awhile now. after the last few updates it did. everything got slower. the movement of the hole, how things falls into the hole. it takes up more time so you end up losing the level multiple times until and if youre able to get power ups. it doesn't help either that at the start of a level the bombs fall in your hole and you lose before you even get started. the game i feel has gone downhill.
Game is unplayable unless you spend money. I have spent HUNDREDS on this game and it just gets worse. One minute for a Super Hard level is unacceptable. After a year of playing and paying I am done. Your fans will continue to leave as they are slowly realizing what a scam this game is.
I was going to play this game and installed it, BUT when I saw the video for this game 32 times in 30 minutes I uninstalled it before I even played it. to keep watching the same video of a game is extremely annoying and frustrating to me. will I play this game, I highly doubt it at this point.
Updated 4/24: deleted @ level 1655. I refuse to continue spending real $ on impossible to pass levels. Not worth it unless you don't mind wasting $. The higher you go, the harder it is to pass w/o spending $. There are so many bomb balls & short time that it's impossible to pass w/o buying $ for more time or power ups and why so little for the amount of coins picked up? There should also be some sort of power up that can freeze them for a while or something. Just another money hungry app.
Why?!? This was THE most fun & relaxing game at the end of a long day but recent changes have made it so frustrating now! I am above the 4700 level so I have played A LOT but now the timer is too short, the items will not fall in the hole unless you go under them multiple times & there are way higher goals. Absolutely ruined the perfection of this just to force us to pay, which on some levels would get very costly. Guess I will be looking for a replacement game now...so sad!
I'm on level 4662, love the game but a lot of levels are impossible unless you pay for boosters. I cannot move on without paying which I'm not going to do unless they sort this out, such a shame
loved this game until they made it impossible to beat some challenges..now I guess they want you to buy everything to play..if the rating had a less then 1 that would be the rating.

It was fun to play until you could not pass the levels without buying extras, tools or coins when the timer ran out. Then it sucked. I'm downgrading this from three stars to one star. They throw a nasty little trick in there that throws up a choice to spend coins when you think you're going to exit the round. So instead of trying again, you end up spending 900 coins on something you didn't want to do. That's absolutely deliberate.
the customer support makes it pretty bad, constantly glitches, then when you report it to customer support you get ignored.

I was having a blast, but the moment the game started forcing ads in between games - I immediately uninstalled the game. edit: the developer doubled down about the ads pretending ads in between every god damn game is supposedly necessary. it's not.

I love this game but in 2 months I have spent 8000 in gems just to save my win streak. wouldn't be so bad if during the numerous amount of adds I didn't get kicked out of the app and have to give 500 to save my 4 month streak. To many adds to watch for every 2 or less minutes of play you have to watch a 1 to 2 minute add every 3 minutes. The adds ruins the game. I really am thinking of stopping the playing of this game. I've spent way yo much time and money in here already!!!
higher levels we can't win the level without the boosters 😑 lame.... and plus at some point the entire pineapple doesn't fit cuz of its leaves and falls through the hole veryyyy slow which takes away the time in game.... idk if I can say if the game is balanced or not 👍🏻
This game use to be fun. After you get along in the levels, the levels become IMPOSSIBLE to pass without tons of power ups, which you have little chances to get. I don't care what strategy you take, some levels are truly impossible to pass in 1:30. If things do not change soon, I will be deleting this app after playing for over a year. I initially downloaded it for my grandchild, but realized it actually helped to calm me down. Now, it is no longer fun or a challenge due to impossible boards.
The movement of the hole is quite slow, which can be a bit frustrating. It seems as though this design choice might be intentional, perhaps to encourage players to spend money. I will be looking for a different game and uninstalling this one.
For some reason game is stressful, I don't know why, idea suggests cozy and game couldn't implement sandbox style it promised. I think this game can improve if you add a proper sandbox mode inspired by fellow idle clicker games, more over you can make the hole move slower first at receiving input then gradually increase followed by constant speed in 0~2 second, that would allow micro correction, speed shouldn't be too slow but enough to not make too reactive. Overall, idea is good.
Recently there is a glitch with many members not receiving lives after requested including me. I have messaged and emailed several times with no answers. I have updated but still continues. Very unprofessional. And now you took all my helmets from the team challenge.
not enough time to play boards. too many bombs. Great game but some of the boards are just ridiculous trying to beat!!!
