The actual charge can be seen as shown in image attached. As for the generation 3, sometimes AI might not fully work as expected as AI models. No refunds. I paid 399.99 for a product That is worthless.
BAIT AND SWITCH. Buyer beware! Their "features" looked great. They never mentioned they would cancel them, delete the useful tools, and leave a skeleton of uselessness ruled over by an "agent." First they stopped the daily free bonus credits... then they gutted everything and took away everything that made it good. Not to mention all their reviews were paid for in credits. Giving them good reviews is part of their "free credits" program. SCAM!

Uninstalled and canceling subscription. Not as user-friendly and uses more points with no option for free credits anymore. Uses 10mil credits to create a short 15 sec video. As soon as I'm out of credits, I'll be looking to find another AI rendering app that isn't ripping people off.
Can you PLEASE fix the text editor select?!?! My God! The select just selects anything it wants instead of recognizing what you actually select! This BUG has existed for over a year! WHY DON'T YOU FIX IT?!?!? Also, turn on verification on app purchases. That section is deceptively designed so you can actually end up paying $100 unintentionally. They could easily fix it by defaulting to the lowest $5 but they default to $100 indicating that it's BY DESIGN!! ONE STAR!!!
App sucks compared to website and also the credit costs doubled when they went to new interface. magica now costs the most compared to my other ltds. They also got rid of the free daily ai credit option for checking in.

As a small business owner, I relied on this platform (rebranded from Galaxy.ai to Magica) as an all-in-one AI tool. While the results are reliable, the recent shift is disappointing. The new credit system is far more restrictive and expensive, even for loyal users. What was once cost-effective now feels limited, with credits disappearing too quickly for basic professional tasks. I value the responsive support, but these changes make it difficult to sustain as a primary business tool.
This is a huge scam. They offered lifetime access for $400.00. After a few months, they changed the app. They initially offered free daily credits that stopped. The programs fail to produce requested results, but still charges you credits. I don't seven use it anymore. Absolute waste of money. Go to another program. Claude or Chat.
After using this for a while, it's really not as great as it sounds. Quite often it creates an image the opposite of what was requested so, you just lose a ton of credits for something you can't use. It's pretty good on cleaning up images and restoring them but, that is the only option I would give 5 stars. It sounds great that you have access to all of these different models but, if you need a large project, you end up paying extra to get enough credits to perform the project.
Useless. No free credits at all... like at all. Only a paid subscription as of right now.

doesn't show generated videos, I have to use the web browser to download generated videos. I uninstalled the app and only use the web browser. edit: no 06-20- 2026 Magica app has very little use, can't find anything to work on, nothing is available. this app is mostly used to see the library of generated content. I don't see any model of AI that I want, I have to use the web browser to generate content.
they changed the entire platform and tools that you can use without telling any of the subscribers basically giving you more for less all the popular tools are gone like seedream are gone and so are daily credits. all without saying a word. you took the choice away. you gave us inferior models to work with. you both 5,000 tools but it takes you 10 minutes to render an image where it used to take you 2 minutes at most for 4 images and the consistency and the prompt would be followed
My credits never used to run out, now that it's magica, your credits run out extremely fast. I started using the app for the first time yesterday after a week or so break and I'm now out of credits just from 2 videos and a few pics that I had to keep correcting the AI on. They changed too much about this app. Im quitting my subscription. If it's going to be like this, I don't recommend it.
When this was Galaxy.ai, it started out amazing! I had access to everything useful online in the ai creator space. Once the app switched to Magica, that all changed. Even with a lifetime license, the credits barely pay for basic usage anymore and now I can't login daily for free credits. This app is almost useless. What a scam to trick me into a deal like that only to make it very difficult to continue using. I would rather switch back to Open AI in that case. Most of what I need is text based.
After the June 2026 update, the daily ability to get free credits was removed. Glad I never purchased the lifetime subscription, canceling current subscription unless this gets put back in place.
Was great, they got greedy. Now it sucks. DAILY REWARD (SCRATCH OFF) HAS BEEN RETIRED.
Changed from all-in-one to Magicka overnight. now all of my projects that I work on daily are marked legacy and read only. I'm spending all of my time trying to figure out how to be productive now and recover projects that have been months in the works and literal hours spent training. As of now this is a huge waste of my time. Think twice before downloading this as they seem to change formats and service often.
The update is bad.. Very bad. They have removed the option to select which AI model you would like to use on exchange for this mysterious Auto and Max options. They are getting rid of chat arena. And it looks like they are also getting rid of the specific "tool" options (ie text to video) These features combined is one of the main reasons for subscribing. Having access to all the models for 1 low price was the selling point. Now you don't know what you getting. PLEASE FIX OR I'LL BE CANCELLING

Upgrade sucks, No longer will generate images for me.
This app is stated to support chromebooks, but it doesnt. whenever I tried to install it on my chromebook, I get the message "this app is only available to install on other devices." Even when Chromebooks are specifically listed as "supportive." Comlatibility changes needed to be made that accurately details the different devices to which this app can TRITHFULLY be installed upon.
Actually, they don't give you much up front. To really test the site, you'll spend a lot of time learning how the credits work, understanding video limitations, and figuring out the fine print. That's time spent learning the platform instead of creating content. And let's be honest, it's still AI. It often makes mistakes, and the results are usually subpar rather than professional. If you're making something for fun, it's fine. But for serious professional work, I've lost interest.
I paid $599 for this platform and I've been working on a thread for about a month and it disappeared. I finally got it to come partially back but 90% is still missing. support doesn't respond to any of my tickets that open and this one is too important to just let go. I need the info back from the server and response from a human. 10 million credits trying to fix it since yesterday. I want a refund for that too!

Used to be good when it was Galaxy.ai, but since the change over they took away the ability to select specific models, the chat arena, it got extremely slow and my credits usage went up exponentially for the same usage causing me to run out. Cancelled.
I’ve used this app since its iteration as Galaxy.Ai. I’m very disappointed with the new UI. The update feels like a downgrade, removes useful options, and burns through credits much faster. It feels like a bait-and-switch for longtime users. At minimum, lifetime customers should have the option to keep using the previous UI that worked for them. Please listen to your loyal users.
New UI is sterile and not an upgrade IMO. The former UI is only available until the end of June apparently. Just subscribed in April...not happy with the change as it has added nothing, in my case.
I miss Galaxi.AI This product was much better under Galaxi.ai. The new interface is clunky and hard to use the fact their is no menu make its hard to navigate. I had to use credits to ask AI where my stuff was. I opened a ticket request for return of credits because the AI program even admitted it screwed up and didn't do what I ask and that was over 2 weeks ago, credits are still gone and my request is still open. They also removed the daily checkin credit bonus which I think is bad.
they changed the app. it was originally to make videos now it's some sort of claude wanna be with a huge price tag. you will burn through 15m credits on 1 or two videos.
cant find half the features that I was using. newest update makes the app almost unusable for anything other than asking it questions and you cant get to a lot of the features. this was a 5 star product. but with navigation and ability to choose features I was using it navigation both in the app and website disapearing, might be time for me to look elsewhere for my paid subscription.
New app update seems to have removed the ability to collect free credits, paid a lot of money for this and can only get the 15 million a month now.
Innovative autonomous framework held back by UI flaws and lack of token transparency. Magica's architecture as an all-in-one agent is promising, but the actual execution fell short during my video generation workflow. I attempted to create four 10-second clips using a reference image, but the agent could not properly generate the images for the starting frames. I had to pivot to an external image generator to get the job done, meaning it didn't function as the promised one-stop solution.
It's buggy and the customer support is really bad. Often, the chat results don't connect and keep you in the loop, submitting the same prompts over and over. A lot of the 2000+ apps included are redundant and don't add that much variety and value. Good apps present a huge limitation of features and use compared to when you subscribe directly to them.
I paid $500 for the lifetime account but I never got my credits to my account. I also dont see the "free scratch off" credits on my account either. I will wait until the transaction clears the bank and if I still dont have it, my lawyer will be in contact with you.
This was a great app for a minute, but they made changes to the web interface and now going back and forth between web and mobile app is nearly impossible. Plus the chat seems to be getting less useful.
In their back end you can do reviews that will provide you "free" credits. They sometimes don't give you the credits you've earned doing their free stuff and the customer service is terrible. It literally took 7 days to get a response only for them to tell me that my review had the wrong email address so they wouldn't honor my review for the free credits. I've seen some poor customer service but that's pretty bad. I was planning to use their flow product in my AI marketing machine, not now.
