I do use Allegiant for traveling, but their app is awful! I can't use it to book anything. I have to use the website. Do better, Allegiant.
Do yourself a favor, skip the app for booking...use their web site. Sluggish and unresponsive at times. Periodically, no "book flt" tab. Now...won't allow booking in the app. Always resolves to "error, try again later". Assuming Allegiant is aware of issue, since many have brought it up. Sooner is better. UPDATE on 2/28/22 DID NOT resolve issue. Recommend not installing app in its current version, as it is useless for any kind of functionality. UPDATE: 05/07/26 Each update breaks something else

After update can't even view flights

won't book the flight, tells me there is an error every time and will not let me in to my account, just keeps spinning. Basically useless. booked on the website with no issues. super frustrating.

I can't imagine how much money you're losing every day just because you can't fix your app. It crashes constantly and I can't print my boarding passes. I want to fly with you, I'm trying to pay you, but you're literally stopping me from doing so. Maybe you should have taken the money you paid to put your name on the raiders stadium and have hired a few competent engineers to fix the basics of your app instead

The app is terrible. I can't even move forward with my reservation because it lags so much and then won't update the information I've entered. My Internet connection is fine and the app is updated. Just a bad app. It's useless.

Awful app! It signed me out at the airport and I couldn't get my boarding pass. Tried to check in for my return flight and just says unexpected errors have occurred. It's useless
recently the app has been horrible. it gives an error message 80% of the time when trying to book a flight, and other times it logs me out in the middle of a booking for no reason. So buggy.

Yo, ALLEGIANT!! Y'all listening? Are you PAYING ATTENTION to these horrible reviews? Most people in 2026 aren't going to deal with the level of INCONVENIENCE your app causes. Y'all are gonna go under if you don't FIX this app!!! I for one will absolutely pay more to fly another airline, if it means having an app that actually WORKS for booking, check-in and boarding. Your app is simply NOT reliable, and travel is stressful and inconvenient enough as it is! Ain't nobody got time for this! FIX IT!
can not log in
app doesn't work. just says "cannot connect to server" going to charge me $5 to print boarding passes or give me an app that doesn't work. yup, make sense for a budget airline.

This app STINKS,it does NOT work. Never had a problem before, and now I can not get my boarding passes. Should be fun tomorrow when I hold up the line. Booked my flight 4 months ago. Allegiant is going backwards.

Horrible! Constantly crashes or kicks you out. They charge us way to much with the electronic carrier usage charge for everyone to have these issues. Billion $ company with a trash app
