Had to change my flight date so I called and the person on the phone was very knowledgeable. but trying to check in and get my boarding pass was not to be. I tried installing the app and it tried for 10 minutes. Nothing happening. So I tried getting the boarding pass to print was impossible. Maybe I will try a different airline.

Between you and Sun Country, could you PLEASE PLEASE come up with an app that is actually reliable all the time?? Once again, I cannot sign in. ERROR, something went wrong. Uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared cache, forced stop, double checked my password, all to no avail. And don't just switch to the Sun Country app, as theirs isn't much better. Maybe you need to hire some new IT people. Both websites are severely lacking as well, but that's not the topic here

This app is so user unfriendly.. extremely, confusing, to many steps, trying to figure out seats for multiple people is brain surgery. I fly American also and wish this company would figure out a better platform. American is simple, efficient and super user friendly.. take a few lessons from them plz.

PLEASE FIX BUG: Won't let me reset password. Crashes when I click the link to go to the app and reset my password. I will increase the review when it is fixed.
Trying to reset my password as after a year of not using the app it closes your account. Guy on the phone got it set back up and kept sending me emails to reset my password, but it kept kicking me back to the app or giving me a message that the app had closed because there was a bug and to try to reinstall after the creator has fixed the bug. While i was trying to redo it, the guy put me back through the queue. Now I have to wait again. How am I supposed to access my tickets and luggage tags?
Please, please fix your App. Can not book a flight on Cell phone with app Samsung Fold, all up to date. Like others my app says "oops something went wrong". I was able to book after switching to a Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 and using the app. Trying to call and book a flight you sit on hold for hours, there is no one at the counter until an hour before a flight and then the line of people trying to check in you have to wait.

the app is absolutely terrible works fine sometimes but crashes alot when you go to sign back in or reset password. Will just tell you something went wrong and I cant get to my boarding pass.
