You are holding your maps hostage because you insist on installing spyware on our phones to get this "free" content.
I paid for this app and I gotta say its s big 2 thumbs down. 1. asking for more money to upgrade to even a more expensive version. 2. ive done two hikes, the first hike qas about 4 km and it said it was 44km....second hike was 4.2 km with average pace of 11.49sec and the app posted. half km and pace totally wrong. THIS APP SUCKS BUT RATHER A REFUND AND UNINSTALL
I'm disabled and got absolutely messed up by a trail that was rated "easy" when it wasn't. I tried to review it to warn other disabled people but it won't let me rate the difficulty of the trail! Even when I tried using my partner's account, because he had actually recorded an "activity" as we walked the entire trail and followed it perfectly. This is so ridiculous! The trail difficulty levels are dangerously misleading for vulnerable people like myself.
An AI trail option?? really? hiking maps already provide false information and people already get lost on walks, making an AI give you a custom trail with no knowledge of maps or safe paths is just going to get people killed. BOOOOO THROW TOMATOES BOOOOO 🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅
I want to love this app, but the paid subscription popups are a total buzzkill
oops, something went wrong. I shall tell you.....bunch of money grabbing twots. Went from the best hiking app to an absolute shocker. And all down to how many dollars they can get of you. All reviews are now 2 star or less........GOODBYE 👋
awful experience recently. The UX on this app is a shambles and harder to navigate than even the longest walk on here.
Overall: spammy, scammy, sloppy. The app functions terribly; very slow, feels computationally bloated. it also spams you with monetization opportunities.

update: why is it when I zoom in and I find a mountain bike trail that is clearly labeled, I tap on it, nothing happens? how do I get information on the trail that is clearly labeled in my view? tapping on any trails that I can see on the map doesn't bring anything up. if I open up trailforks and I tap on the same trail I get all the information I need . I pay for this app and I STILL am getting ads to pay even more to upgrade. obnoxious as hell, stfu! I can even close the ad, the X doesn't work

defeats the purpose of this app if I need to connect to data to open it once I'm already in a reception less area
The constant spam of plus which NOONE wants ultimately makes this app deserve 0*, was an amazing app until plus was introduced. Since then the only acceptable option is to UNINSTALL 💯
Could be a great app. However the constant pop ups begging me to upgrade to pro are quite annoying. Then I decide to actually upgrade, I get the message "Unable to upgrade, contact us for help".
Every little thing is paid and to be frank just using Google maps with their inbuilt ai is billion times better than this app.
I don't think the developers ever used it... the only nice thing about this app is the community that shares nice trails. everything else is comically bad. the worst feature IMO is the dysfunctionality or lack of search options, first you must have GPS on. meaning it is a headache to plan beforehand by searching for a place. you must guess where it might be. the dot representing trails covers the names of landmarks... names appear randomly. truly a disaster
Filter system does not work will not show easy moderate or hard trails only all trails Can't tell where trails start and end. Best guess or Google worth better
The one map I want won't load. I've uninstalled and re installed multiple times and the map won't load. But every other map loads. What gives?
went to the Gorge in KY! downloaded this app, It got me completely lost, didn't take me to the correct destination. Sadly i will never download again.

I should not be forced to download your app if you have a webpage. Webpage is broken and forces you to download app with splash screens.
