THEY'RE SCAMMERS. Worst thing ever. Don't bother to install this app. I am an honest reviewer. I'm not a bot. First of all, lol their costumer service is basically nonexistent. I've tried calling many times throughout the day and I've never been answered, not even once. That is terrible. Same problem with their email customer service, no response from them. SCAMMERS. I'll quickly be deleting this app. I'd give 0 stars. Don't waste your money on this app. Whoever are giving 4-5 stars are bots.

I only downloaded the application because customer service was not so helpful. The application was not much better.
Having a password length limitation is already STUPID but NOT LISTING IT AS PART OF YOUR PASSWORD REQUIREMENTS is even STUPIDER.

customer service is terrible

Cannot access plan through the app. getting Oops error when accessing plan page. I was told to create account again (already had one which I created via browser when I purchased a plan) by support with the same email and password that I used on thw website. Still not able to see my purchased plan. Useless.

Worst app I've ever used. I've bought insurance dozens of times, didn't ever need to use it. The one time I get sick before a concert and try to file a claim, the app won't let me file one and keeps popping up with error messages. The last thing I want to do is sit on hold with customer service for an hour while puking and coughing. 1/5, I'll use a different insurance next time.

filed a small claim after a 6 hour flight delay and cancellation and our claim was denied. Don't bother purchasing this travel insurance. They will find a way to deny payment.
this is a rip off service invented by ticketmaster. bought 2 tickets for $1100 got charged $85 for "insurance" AND IT ONLY COVERS ONE TICKET
Super frustrated, this is the second time I've made it through 4/6 steps of the claims process and there is no clear indication your work is being saved as you go such that you can come back to it later. If you get hung up on Documents, you still have to go all the way through to hit submit (even if you're not done). I'm afraid it will get denied since I have not unloaded everything before I hit submit such that a claim number can be created. Really Aggravating.
Flight information doesn't work. Fix your app!
the app is not loading my upcoming plan in. I want to make sure I will have access to the plan during my trip if needed and the app is buggy

I've been trying to add my plan to the app for 2 days and had nothing but issues. I leave on my trip tomorrow and they still aren't recognizing my plan on the app.
I have 5 current policies and NOT A SINGLE ONE shows up on the app. I've asked for help, but Allianz replied they be happy to cancel my policy if I gave them correct information. I wasn't trying to cancel a policy! That freaked me out a little bit. I sent my request to another email address and they didn't respond. The lack of response makes me worry about using this company for my travel insurance.

App is glitching and regardless of how many times I enter and re-enter my plan number, it keeps saying "Opps, unable to retrieve some information at this time. Please try again later." I tried multiple times on multiple days, same message.

Have nothing but trouble every time I try to access this mobile app. I have had to change my password several times and still can't access it. total disaster! how am I supposed to get help while I'm in Mexico if I can't retrieve my policy online. I can't!!

I provided clear and complete information in my initial submission, yet they requested additional details that didn’t seem relevant, and my claim is still pending as of today. Based on this experience, I would not use this company again & I have two more trips upcoming, need new ins!

the app cannot retrieve my policy and the people who monitor the phone desk have such poor connections unlimited English skills I was unable to get help on why I can see my data via the website but every time I try to add the policy, the app returns a message that it cannot find my policy at this time. help desk said wait sometime and try again. I say if there's a lag between download and usage or data setup and usage, that should be clear in the instructions.
This app is not user-friendly, and I could not get it to load my claim.
