App doesn't work sucks and wastes my time
website says download the app to get 30% discount but even after I download app and login it still shows all items at full price and keeps telling me to download the app which im already logged into and viewing my account history. App sucks and so does alo just lost my business

Don't download this app for the "exclusive" discounts. I was lured in by a 30% discount that showed the price at $47 in the cart. However, as soon as I went to check out, the price jumped back to $68. When I contacted support, the agent (Rosie) tried to claim a $21 jump on a $47 item was "sales tax" which is mathematically impossible. When I escalated, the supervisor (Dax) admitted the app is "glitchy" and claimed the discounts only reliably work on iOS. This is classic bait-and-switch.

I don't have any issues before but for someone who have all access member and can't even use the 30% sale that was going on due to exclusive only sucks. Why only iPhone user only have the privilege to have access to the sale going on?
