The App is AWFUL, especially when you have multiple plans. Say for example you have one credit plan and one DATA plan but you only want to top up the credit plan. There is ONE PAYMENT LINK and it doesnt specify which specific plan you are topping up. I thought i was toping up my Credit plan but when i checked, credit plan remained Zero but The DATA plan which i did NOT want ended up being topped up

problem with plan renewal.
Even those I haven't been a customer in years, they still continue to send you unwanted and annoying marketing emails with no means to unsubscribe on the emails. And I just got a email from them to say my number is still in their system and to contact them if I want to cancel the number, which is not correct because how can my number still be in their system when I ported from them years ago? (High praises here and Google maps are bot and staff) PS did you check I have emailed several times

trying to get my wife connected again after being disconnected filled out your forms with id etc etc numerous phone calls including my wife to give permission. Nothing has worked I give up will deal with another company that does not include all the red tape that is ignored by your operators.

not a good first impression for me I got recommended to this service provider by a friend I tried to make an ACC did not work got near the end it fails to pay and this error comes up and says WOOPS WE DIDN'T EXPECT THAT ERROR PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER it fails on the 3rd thing on the checkout pay thing

Dodgy scam practices enables auto renew by default on new seven day SIM cards without asking only way to disable is within the app. Help and support absolutely useless. don't reply within five minutes then your chat gets closed and you have to wait in queue again.
my plan was expired without warning and I had to upgrade to a more expensive plan, I don't use my phone and internet much so the old 15$ plan was good enough which is expired now, without warning, now I have to do 25$ plan not good communication. I should have received an email or sms letting me know my plan is going to expire
the app itself is fine but had a disgusting experience with the rep on the chat. basically, I was promised something but they didn't follow through with it so, I decided to move to voda.

Would give zero if an option. Have absolutely no idea. Unable to receive calls with new sim but able to make calls. Their response "our address is in a not guaranteed reception area". This is a mobile phone obviously I have tried in several locations. Blamed optus and their solution "use another provider". Unfortunately they are unable to provide a refund or any other sort of compensation. Took 5 days to get this response. I doubt they even bothered to investigate this. Would not recommend.
I have been trying to get the sim of my husbands lost phone blocked, after much frustration and waiting I finally managed to talk to someone, he then told me my email wasn't the same one, told him I'd logged into my account with that same email, no problem, he said he'd have to get someone to ring me back, which of course didn't happen, so still waiting meantime the lost phone is still ringing when I ring it, been with Amaysim for a long time, seriously thinking of going elsewhere after this

raised my plan by $3 dollars and wouldn't revert back to the original price, now you get $0 a month from me, absolute morons.
amaysim cancelled my previous service and then the download failed for the esim so I now have nothing.

A bit confusing. There is a PIN number and serial number on the voucher but you need to enter a voucher number. Tried both the serial & PIN Numbers Voucher Number = PIN number FYI.

I don't need the so many gigs each month. I would like the option to choose how much I need.
