it's so bad it's data can't even load the app, nit that the app loads on WiFi, I can't even cancel my plan, and it doesn't send you a message before charging thirty dollars every month

Worst customer service. They give you all these reference numbers and say they promise they will call you back to fix the problems..NEVER HAPPENS.. I RANG 12 TIMES.. GO ELSEWHERE ...They have gone downhill..
Updating identity takes forever. Look out for manipulative policies designed to default to extract extra money out of you. Without your knowledge. Beware of automatic authorisation. Which "looks" like it has been disabled. But is not. Expect constant drawn out requests for unnecessary action. From overseas inexperienced"technicians" Following scripts which don't address the root of the problem. Confusing app.
getting worse and worse wont recharge when I want
They keep taking payment earlier and earlier. Then you get insufficient funds, then you are forced onto a different plan that they say you applied for, then they take 33% more money . Fail.
World's Worst App.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I spoke with a representative named Say and the entire interaction felt scripted and completely unhelpful. It was like talking to a brick wall. My concerns were dismissed and no real assistance was provided. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but after this experience I will be switching providers. If this is how long-term customers are treated, it’s clear the company has little regard for customer service.
extraordinarily bad. i downloaded the esim & paid for roaming. then the first time i tried to use it, it failed. there was no one to help as it was outside ofc hours. then in a chat the next day i discover it was blocked for fraud - they didn't say what fraud. the only way to reactivate, cancel or stop the auto direct debit is to send a photo of ID + photo of ID with my face holding the card. what! >1 hour later of agonising chat they cancelled the auto debit / refunded the money (hopefully).
this is an absolute scam ..warning they want money all your details ,even when I purchased this from a shop ..dont touch this
$10 per month increase??!!! wow! like many other will have to look at other options. currently waiting to have a chat 67 minutes wait. People are clearly cracking up. so dissappointing. trying to renew for the still available $15 plan February and took $30 and kept both of us on Payg !!!! obviously a glitch!! Not happy Jan/Amaysim. research time...again.
A price jump of $15.00 to $30.00 in one hit is ridiculous!!
why does this need to use my browser now to log in, that's silly.
Mobile price is ridiculous
renewing is very annoying. no sms about expiring soon, but sms from optus when expired. works like pre-paid mobile, once it expires, you have nothing, can't even login to amaysim app when out of credit, have to find WiFi.

Good value, but they seem to have deliberately made their user interface impossible to use. Just paying my bill is a chore- and the one time I tried to pay my son's bill (which is also in my name) you'd think I was trying to scam them out of money instead of give them some. It literally took me an hour on the phone to get them to accept $25. Utterly ridiculous.
not good customer service
Trying Roaming pack again but last year I paid $75 and got nothing for it and it didn't work in Europe across multiple countries.
Cant seem to generate more than 1 bar of of reception even at the best of times, but they're really good at taking money from you on time..
