this app used to be very good but after a big update everything runs so slow for Android users. it's always losing my pass key runs extremely slow where I have to wait about two minutes just to open up the app. I lose on opportunities for overtime because of how slow it runs. I am consistently being logged out too.

my experience with Amazon is horrible to be honest, they don't take care for safety, managers favor employees, Amazon has let 1 of my coworkers go, the reason was I Amazons fault they were on call, said it themselves and never fixed their mistake instead they fired my fellow hard working employee, they don't care about their employees, managers abuse their power, they go after certain employees because I've seeing people on there phone left n right yet the managers choose who to report.

worst app. Can't even show shifts available unless I check from the system webpage.
I cannot login as this app has technical issues. The screen turns white.
barely works locks up after opening and when it doesn't lock up it breaks, I attempted to submit an accommodation request and got to the section for uploading files selected one and got a blank white screen.
absolute garbage. so bloody slow on android. a massive tech company can't even provide a half decent app for their android using employees
technical difficulties logging in as employee
no one asked for the "ask aza" option. it blocks submission inputs for time off and interferes with several other aspects of the UI. actual trash after 6 years of working with amazon, the promise of "continued service" through the month of termination in regards to insurance is a lie. amazon removes all access to benefits and only offers a broken link to COBRA with no added information. this is consistant with Amazon's blocking in access to company SOP and maintains a hostile relationship.
Constantly having to fight to get the app to open when time is of the essence. Which makes it harder to get VTO or VET opportunities. Come on @Amazon do better! The only thing at Amazon that is worse, is dealing with DLS or PXT.
this app super sucks it logs met out soon as I put my password in I can't continue the next step with out starting over so many times and still haven't made my appeal 👎
It's terrible to try and use on mobile devices. On more than 1 occasion (being a user for 2+ years) does it kick you off the server during prime shift pick ups it also buffers on the add shift and will load for a whole minute after and say you didn't get it despite being there right on the scheduled drop time. On top of that, it makes it practically impossible to try and get shifts from coworkers by processing as if you still have the shifts you dropped to get new ones.
when I open the timecard tab it should default to the pay period view not the daily view

why is this app so slow and why do I always get kicked out and have resign in again this needs to be fixed cause even picking up shifts it shows 20 shifts available within 1 min there's 12 then nothin WTH

used be easy to use, and the load times were amazing, but ever since they integrated ai, its gone to the toilet, no offense. Just recently, I cant even see my hours, app freezes every time. Why fix something thats not broken. Be smarter by asking AA's what do you think should be added or changed. Get our feedback instead of adding unnecessary things
Seems to get worse after each update. It won't load or takes forever to load. Then it freezes and won't let you click on anything . Have to uninstall and then reinstall.
the application works 1 out of 5 tries. it launches and then freezes instantly on the home page. No buttons, no options are clickable. Please fix the issues as this is an app of importance.
App keeps on freezing when opening, and you to have to close and reopen app more than once most of the time. it also hangs when selecting various options (again close/reopen...repeat)....... &...... pages keep refreshing which is a pain when trying to type anything long meaning you either start again or don't bother. Add when typing in boxes the box is half the time hidden behind the on screen keyboard or the page doesn't move up so you can see what you're typing.
The website keeps giving error messages and won't let me into the site on my laptop. Since associates no longer can get help from HR on-site human representative, this makes managing employee matters even more difficult.
this morning it logged me out and it changed my username with '+' at the end and to let me update it. annoying
