I am sick to death of the frequency of delivery issues I have with this platform. I am ordering things on here that are needed for my business. Items are frequently not delivered within the quoted timeframe; half the time, I order a specific product *because* of the time it will arrive and then it does not arrive on time. I also frequently experience unexplained 'delivery issues.' My business is not at all hard to find. And yet this platform does not allow complaints about delivery issues.

Unable to update to compleat my order
I ordered an item online and I received it damaged and Amazon did not want to replace it. I wasn't asking for my money back, just for item to be replaced. They said no I ordered it. I keep it! Even tho I cannot use it because it came damaged. Not A Happy Camper. I will definitely be joining the Class Action Law Suit against Amazon.
every other order puts my orders on hold for no reason. says to verify payment and it won't even load the page to do anything. and customer service didnt help at all.

It's so complicated to log in and it's so tedious having to log into amazon on Google because it's not on the app store. Put amazon shopping back on tablet my goodness. really bad decision.
I clicked thinking this was the Amazon shopping app. After reading the reviews I decided to join the bashing. Why would you remove the app for tablets,it makes zero sense. Give them hell in the reviews.

I want to warn anyone that reads this, I've had a Amazon account for over 5 years and a business account for over 1 year and I've never witnessed any business get away with stealing people's money like Amazon has and I make a complaint they give the money back then it happens again a couple months later! I am done with Amazon they won't ever steal from me again!
This app is horrible. One day when I was checking if the tamagotchi paradise white glacier was availible when I didn't see my amazon shopping app. I looked all over the play store for amazon shopping on my tablet. I downloaded this and it was a huge mistake. WHY TAKE AWAY AMAZON SHOPPING FROM ANDROID TABLETS!? AMAZON WHAT IS UP WITH U? I have to bother my mom to see if it is availible. This was a great app until Amazon shoved an AI chat bot down my throat. I don't need help with my searches or what to buy. I don't need AI to show me junk when I already know what I'm buying and there's no way to turn it off.

it keeps logging me out. I'm trying to do Amazon affiliate but the only Amazon app available is this one so I assumed it was this app I'm supposed to use.
In the most recent order the driver has clearly taken the picture of the package inside his/her vehicle and their internal delivery app or bot has failed to recognise this. The driver has marked the package as "handed to the resident" but clearly that is not true. Customer assistant bot expects me to wait for two days before taking further action just in case "the package decides to walk itself to the intended destination".
the absolute worst app I have ever tried to use! tried to place a half dozen different orders, and there seemed to be a problem with every single order. couldn't get any help and eventually just gave up. now I absolutely despise Amazon!

wow this is BAD so regularly I do not have orders delivered. the app will not allow payment verifications. it does not notify you the payment needs verified... then when the order doesn't deliver on time and you seek out why, it says "verify payment" so you click on the tab and it never ever loads just spins an icon forever! I've tried to funnel a few thousand dollars through this app and have given up. it's now deleted and I will use my personal app that works much much better.
my usual Amazon app was deleted off my samsung tablet by accident, when I attempted to reload the app I could only get the business version whi h I dont need. on investigating further the original app is no longer availanle on android tablets. come on Amazon what was wrong with the old app? I have been a customer of Amazon prime for many years where do i go now? Whar a mess Amazon you have / will loose many customers over this

can not shop off Facebook without creating a new business account! I don't want a business account, I want to be able to use my existing account to shop on Facebook on a new tablet. click on a FB ad and it brings up amaxon business app! the app demands you create a new account without way to access your old account!
