Items shipped by Amazon are getting lost between the Amazon shipping facility and the USPS. Shipping times are in excess of 2 to 3 weeks. Shipping delays cause delays in being able to complete projects on time. Changed purchasing habits. Amazon pricing may be cheaper, but the overall time and wait makes the total cost of dealing through them too expensive.

Garbage app. Says your payments fail after 2 days of expecting delivery. Customer service lies and says the order was approved to avoid fixing whatever app issue causes it. Dont waste your time.
Every time i tried to sighn in it would just kick me out... This app is horrible and it sucks, where did the normal amazon app go. DO SOMTHING!

Stuck on "payment verification" spinning wheel of death just like other users have reported. Cant check out and ive used multiple cards.
I have to start using this and my card. Keeps saying it can't be verified or it aak me to verify it. And it dose nothing.I probably have to go to ebay and buy the item.
when streaming it will go back to sign in tells me that I need to sign in again and if I use go back bottom it kicks me off
Same problems with payments being cancelled. Amazon is still failing to fix the issue. Claims there's nothing wrong. A quick read through of the reviews shows that to be a well known lie.
Customer service is ridiculous. Transfer after transfer with zero resolution. Just like hundreds of other users.. I am experiencing payment verification issues.. Yet we can not verify it because the app is broke. But of course their reps say "it's a card issue. Talk to your card holder." That is so inaccurate. Look at how many people have payment issues. It isn't a card issue, it is an Amazon issue and they can not fix it. App is useless now. What is the point of having a business account now?
Absolutely utterly rubbish. Where is the proper app to shop with that actually works not this retarded app that keeps signing out every single time. For a multi billion pound company your customer service is rubbish.
I can't get on Amazon now
Slow, unresponsive, and so is the customer service. Demands I verify the payment, but just gets stuck on a loading screen. customer service tells me it'll be fine, but it's been several days now with no update or change.

You cannot even sign in to the app without having a business, quality is horrible...what was this app even made for??? Please bring back the old Amazon shopping app because I am very sure you have lost a bunch of customers already. We will all come back when you bring back the old app. The new one is useless, hate it and would not recommend to other tablet users. Stay clear of this trash!

This is as it says the business app. Where is the standard app? Is it discontinued so you can collect as much internet browsing data as possible and an app doesn't let you do that?
Not sure what they did, but switching accounts link is gone. Noticed a benefit bulletin point while browsing that says you no longer have to switch accounts. How about a notice and with a how to use? So why aren't the two accounts merged if that's the case? Ended calling supporting they had me reinstall everything, now it doesn't log in as smoothly with all these competing pop-ups asking me to sign in. Just a freaking hassle.
