Pathetic
Amazon started a new fraud with an Amazon agent as cashback+extra 40% discount on every order. I've purchased twice and a total of 3 agents targeted me to purchase with a high amount. Now they're saying it might be a technical issue or the wrong item selected may be. For their targets they are playing with customers. Amazon is getting lost there customer for the trust issue. From now I'll stop buying from here as well I'll tell the people not to buy from AMAZON anymore.

I can't able to create a new business account kindly check After selecting the new email it redirected to the account creation page for full name and password, after that it went to the puzzle page once done with that it shows 'Account creation failed'
This is the one of the worst business app. They are making fool people and holding their money for weeks. Even sellers know this and they don't respect Amazon at all.

I think no extra benefits use amazon business app. same items are more than cheap in local market. I am not to prafer use amazon business platform.

ordered a mobile worth 79k and they shipped the product and further they cancelled the order without informing me. when I call customer care regarding this they said due to damage in parcel our courier partner cancel the order that's why we are cancelling your order. my order was on CC emi which cost me processing fees for emi with GST which I don't get in refund.

Amazon Business is useless, it is a bad app and a useless app. This app is more expensive than the normal account.GST is also levied on this and delivery charges are also levied, now no businessman will order just one piece, if he orders then he will order about 10-15 pieces but there is no point in buying it.Sharing your personal information in this is a joke, please never share your GST number or anything else.
delivery issues are too much, never on time, delivery is always delayed, but the worst thing is that the delivery person never attempts the delivery and delivery status is shown 'ITEM DELIVERED'. Worst service. Amazon is not trustworthy at all nowadays. they are going the worst day by day

UPI payment modes have disappeared. updating and restarting isnt helping. till last night it was fine. how unreliable!
useless and time wasting app.. it was showing they will deliver the order at my place but I never get received that order, after that I call customer care they cancelled my oder from their end. this is how they serve. Totally time waste and non professional behaviour had done by the customer executive. This was my first and last order now get lost amazon. we are not paying you for the headache.
I want to burn the Amazon Business, been receiving calls 4-5 times a day for the last 30 days since the day of installation. If I had the power of the universe I would burn it. I wish I could give zero stars. I made the biggest mistake in my life by checking out this application.
Don't take products from amazon, if you get damage and fauily product, amazon will not take return pickup. after a lot of calls on amazon customer care.. newd to take legal action
Don't order from this application. no replacement provided...wrong information updated that replacement has been done. no one comes for replacement. Customer care starts manipulating that by mistake wrongly updated by the delivery person.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered three products and even made the payment in advance. It has been over a month, and I still have not received my items. There has been no proper update or delivery. This kind of delay is unacceptable, especially after taking full payment. I request immediate action . Very poor service.

I am giving one star because they do not provide the same card deals on Amazon business which they provide on Amazon, flipkart is much better they atleast give same deals to both consumer and retailer,I have purchased around 10 products from Flipkart and 3 products from Amazon business. not going to buy more products from it
Always do fake delivery attempt
Nobody has to use this rubbish app 5order booked only 2 delivered remaining 3 product showing delivered but not recived to me very bad policy and most important thing there is no otp option and if we call customer care they will replace the same delivered product from their side if next time delivery person asked for orginal product who will give and they will take that product and go so dont case itc instead buy product from other site simply wasted my 20 days and still i have not got product
Ordered for my business, but item arrived with no instructions & a missing part. I’d already partially assembled it when I saw the missing piece. Amazon promised to send it, so I waited, but they never did. Stuck with a half-built unit I couldn’t return, I had to pay 500 for a carpenter to fix it. Now they won’t refund because it’s "assembled." Their broken promises cost me extra money. Unacceptable service-don't buy any Amazon products!
the user experience is horrible here. some icons lag and some operations keep going in a loop. The sorting and display are also always wonked.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with your service. My parcel is already four days past the promised delivery date, and instead of receiving it, I am seeing the delivery date pushed further day by day without any proper explanation. This level of service is highly unprofessional

customer support is absolute rubbish. keep trying to chat in loop with the lowest end cheapest possible ai bot. delivery logistics people will come and deliver at 10 pm at an office address. they will keep taking the product back. most horrible multiple experiences. no escalation, no way to communicate with a human. shame on you amazon.
