Not worth taking any routes. You guys have to realize. That 4.5 hrs 40 or more stops and a average of 115 plus miles. For $80-$90 is trash. You're losing money or breaking even usually. Most don't realize this until it comes time for car repairs or a replacement. Also Amazon doesn't care about you. They do everything within there power to get rid of you. So they can mass hire unsuspecting drivers that will take the lower pay. Most of these 5 star reviews are fake.
The "LOCKER_3P" code inserted awhile ago has been disruptive, and is wholly unnecessary for operations. Have it removed ASAP, preferably within the next 72hrs!

Absolutely horrible app and experience. Waited over 3 years on a wait-list only to find out that it is bad on purpose, a bare bones app that I literally the worst app I've ever seen. Low paying orders that real Amazon drivers wouldn't want and often at the worst time slots of day and night. Amazon doesn't give you anything and takes advantage of you. Any delivery that is undeliverable will be taken out on you even if it's outside of your control and not enough time given for deliveries. Avoid!!!

a terrible app that maybe will work occasionally but overall is a headache to use and every FORCED update seems to come will new problems while solving none of the old issues that make this app so terrible. The ai that made this app need to be educated on human pleasing u.i. cuz the u.i. here is less than bad. its so obvious it was made by something that has never driven once. oh and why does every 5 star rating seem like it was written by an ai bot? every update does nothing for the humans
offers suck
terrible app. won't update to take me to the correct place and keeps trying to take me somewhere else. do better Amazon.
it's been over a month and I'm still on "you're on the list" I read somewhere that on weekends slots are open late at night and early in the mornings but it stays the same.

Now completely blocked, all because of answering a survey honestly.... You're only going to get the shifts if you need and take shifts every day. so don't believe the hype about working on your own time. they change the rules every 2wks to a month so once you're used to things it all changes. Not to mention the app drains your battery so badly you're on a dying battery trying to finish the shift before it dies. And GPS has you running back & forth whipping u-turns going in circles with no sense

fix your app can't login and do anything.
why does it delete the Bluetooth saved pairing I have with my car? I make sure to close the app before I even get close to my car so it doesn't connect to it while the app is on and then has it delete it. But it doesn't delete any other saved pairings I have with any other device. It's weird. Please stop it from doing this

the routes they offer do not show drop off locations prior to acceptance. you sign up for a time slot, you get to the station, then are forced to drive 100+ mile route, left 100+ miles from home. I filled my tank, ran it all out, filled it again. now I'm $100 down to run that 82.50? it cost me money to deliver for Amazon.
Glitches and the app issues hurt your standing and affect your pay. I get to the station 15 minutes early, check in, scan my route, scan and number over 40 packages, get ready to pull off, but then it tells me to wait while my route is being prepared. Driver support can't see the route that I already scanned and loaded into my car. Driver support tells me to unload the packages and return them to the station. My standing is then negatively impacted and I'm told I never showed up for the route.

Update: the address takes forever to load. Before you can see the 🔑 logo and notes to open the gate after scanning the packages. Now you have to back after scanning to hit the unlock 🔑 button which and sometimes you dont realize that there was an access code too but you have to go back. Please fix this
Full of bots! Hard to get a good block 👎 A bunch of people use API connection to get the better blocks without be tracked. All the block for normal people is the worst. A lot of hours and poor payment! 😖😖😖 Frustrating

This app has potential, but it needs DO much work. It's like a glitchy minimum viable product. I've been trying all morning to get help from customer service to rotate my profile picture. That's just an example of how clunky and NOT use friendly the app is. It crashes all the time. Viewing your schedule is not intuitive or persistent. User experience seems to be no priority, which is wild considering what this app is for. Take some notes from Lyft. And PLEASE add smart car integration.
This app is a headache! Updates are supposed to make things better not archaic. The map is super delays and so is the "refresh" response. I have to call customer support to sign in because the app "has trouble retrieving [my] block." I got the new update 2 days ago and I've had to clear cache/date and uninstall/reinstall 4 times!
Untrustworthy. I was excited that I finally made it off the waiting list. But Amazon is straight up lying about the earnings potential. I don't think anyone could make more than $10/hr once you factor in the fact that the block assignments do not reflect the actual time spent... only about half. They lie about the time commitment. I got 45 deliveries for 67 bucks...burned about a quarter tank of gas...worked over 5 hours on a supposed 3 hr block. No thanks Bezos.
why this app not working other users, they asking android 13 version, Even they just think every members have not access to get Android Updates everytime/like 13 version. becoz every phone company is not same nd Updation policy is different. So this is not good that android 13 version that only can use this app. most of the Apps are just asking Minimum Android 6,7,8 thats good thing.

I haven't been able to get a single block since they implemented the request feature, for the last two weeks. at least before I had a fighting chance against the bots. I've only seen it surge once since then too. eta: is been a month and I haven't been able to get a block in your "request system"
deactivate my account during the register process after submitting all clear and valid documents without telling the reason. I see racism and discrimination in this company while I worked in their facilities so it's wasn't something strange to me
Support on the app is not helpful at all. The foreign representatives have no respect or concern for the drivers. picked up a damaged package at the hub that was leaking so I returned it before I left now the app is saying that I need to return it but I don't have it I've already returned. Iove talked to multiple reps from support and their telling me it's fixed but the app is not reflecting that information.
I literally just finished DSP training when the new update came out. Now I can't even use the app because it no longer supports my Galaxy S10.

honestly the worst app I've ever had the misfortune to have downloaded on my phone. I haven't used the amazon flex app since 2022 and now I'm trying to re-upload my new documents to allow me to activate my account but it's the same generic response from the customer care repeatedly and the same response on my email that I'm not eligible to be a delivery driver. Pathetic and unsupportive. Highly not recommended for anyone new to this

Gps in their app is horrible. keeps you going extra miles off main roads. doesn't know where it's taking you. has 3 u turn warnings first delivery order. what should have been 23 minute drive, ended up being 1 hour to get there. horrible screen play tryng to read Gps. the milage and time doesn't math up to what they are paying. live and you learn.
down loaded app, gave all my info, then at the end got the message doesn't offer service in my area when I see Amazon flex drivers in my neighborhood regularly. inputting your zip code should be step 1. waste of time
Had to wait nearly 10 minutes just for this app to be even slower and struggle to do anything from taking pictures to simply scrolling on the map. It's even saying it has no network connectivity while still proceeding through the itinerary. I don't understand how this app updates every few days and yet still runs worse than any other navigation app out there. Pathetic
Started Amazon Flex 4 days ago. First shift: 48 stops/53 packages in 4 hours-too much for a beginner. I completed 34, returned the rest, and was penalized anyway. GPS is often inaccurate, causing delays. Another day, the app froze at check-in; I arrived on time but was marked late and lost the block. Staff confirmed my arrival, but support couldn’t help. Ongoing issues like this show poor support, unrealistic workloads, and system failures that cost drivers time and money. Not recommended.
My block was assigned to another driver again! Had to return to warehouse with all the packages. Did not get paid for their incompetence again! It's happened twice now.
The payout options basically ensure that you can't get paid. I didn't even take my first delivery because I couldn't set up the digital card without the physical card number and the app erred on every external card or account I tried to add. So there is absolutely no way I'm driving for an app that can't guarantee I'll get paid. If my physical card actually shows up at some point we'll see but this is pretty sad considering how robust the delivery app ecosystem is in 2026.
Don't expect support to be helpful. (or to pay you what you're owed) I was told over the phone by support that if you show up to deliver and have checked in, even if the station is closed, you will be paid. I haven't been paid after going back and forth with support for weeks. Better off doing Uber.

They say they take everything into consideration when you drive for them. really don't, Hey, what time of day it is the amount of traffic.The number of orders , the distance of location,pretty much you have to be stuck in your vehicle for 3 n a half to over four hours, you're not allowed to take a potty break , heaven forbid should packages be late because of either traffic or you use the restroom you get penalized, they don't give you a chance to explain. they set u up for failure this company
