order a product 19June2026 still not received 4 July 2026 due to incomplete and incorrect information by Amazon they want the customer will cancel the order without prior information they decided to reschedule this product multiple time worst service by Amazon still facing issue and the second thing is that if payment was done within a minute then why they refund will be done within a week

prime and non prime both item price are same . prime member received item after 2-3 days . no proper customer care . price are to higher then other platforms and also from shop . amazon claim 299 pm for what ? only for movies ? if I rec'd one day delivery from other platforms without any extra charges then why I spend prime membership for 2-3 some times 10 days delivery .

worst experience every time i use this app, to contact customer support there is no option at all, delivery partner won't contact us properly and iam facing issues with evertime trying to take my order, a 100 times i told to the Amazon support team to make the process easy to contact the customer support or to contact the Delivery Agent, now agent has left without delivering my order iam trying to contact to delivery agent and support team yet it's redirecting me to FAQ's instead of connecting.

poor customer service and refund issues
Amazon has ruined the customer service experience. Since more than a week I've been waiting for an essential product to be delivered as a prime member it was supposed to be delivered within 2 days. Their delivery channel partner India post are least bothered for the delivery of the products we are suffering with this type of delivery experience from months now.

There appears to be a significant issue with the Amazon ecosystem. They first increased the Prime membership cost, then added ads to Prime Video, and now they've introduced ads in Amazon Music as well. Because of this, I've completely left the Amazon ecosystem. I'm now shopping with Flipkart, watching videos on JioHotstar, and listening to music on Poweramp app. Amazon really needs to provide at least one good reason to continue using their services, but they haven't offered any!

There latest app amzon now is a fraud app to steal money. I ordered luvlap baby feeding chair from Amzon now with some vegetables. they ordered only vegetables and marked whole order delivered. almost 14 days no solution and thus ate my 2000/- by doing fraud. Would have given half star if options permit. such a fraud app and consumer court should ban such App
