I am utterly appalled by the abysmal service I have received from Amazon India. I placed four orders on your platform in the last week, trusting your so-called rapid delivery system. Promised within two to three days, not a single one arrived on time. After endless complaints-seven to eight times-you repeatedly lied, shifting blame to new delivery boys. Today is the 12th, and all three missing orders were due by the 5th. I feel cheated, disrespected, and livid. I will never, ever purchase again
Paid ₹79 extra for same-day delivery on 8th May. Today is 12th May - order still hasn't arrived. Delivery partner made a fake attempt - silent call, rejected my callback, marked me 'unavailable' while I sat waiting. Customer service useless. Grievance officer emails ignored despite writing from registered ID. App shows no order details - just errors. No cancel option. No refund. No accountability. 5 days, money gone, zero resolution. This isn't a service failure - it's a scam. Avoid Amazon.
New update is worse, country change not changing currency, it's stick to Indian currency, here in Dubai i don't in INR i want in AED
NEVER order from Amazon fresh, its worst service, they cancelled my order two times right on the delivery day, so I had to wait all those days thinking the order will be delivered and it ended getting cancelled without any proper reason. WORST!!!

Amazon India Shopping app is a fraudulent app. Amazon India is always cheating with their customers. If Amazon India sent the wrong product to you and you returned and again received another type, colour product then Amazon will not surely refund your paid amount. Be aware. 🚨 SCAM ALERT: Be careful when buying "Total Protection Plans" from Amazon and OneAssist! It sounds like an extended warranty, but it actually starts the day you buy it-meaning it runs at the same time as your manufacturer's warranty. Don't get fooled into paying for double coverage you can't use!

i am using the Amazon app with prime from more than 10 years. but recently i observed that out of 5 products i order 3 of it shows the error "Unfortunately, a problem occurred during shipping" or "product is delayed" and never gets delivered and also it shows delivered. This happens with branded products as well. This is really pathetic experience now a days. Earlier never faced this. Amazon team need to look after this. I am also planning to switch to Flipkart premium instead using Amazon now.

poor experience in Oneplus nord ce 6 purchase, if you purchase with exchange the delivery person did not visit home, he cancel from their end and mention exchange failed or technical issue, customer care also not have proper response, Amazon look into this issue ... your reputation will fall down if same will replicate to all customers

this app doesn't deserve a single star they just sold me a earbuds in which the right one doesn't gets charge from the box and when i returned it they just cut too much money from it. stupidity
very worst app. made double payment mistakenly. when contacted customer support, they are not refunding the extra payment at all. instead adding it as a gift card. ultimately we won't be getting our money back even if it was transferred mistakenly. such a cheat.

Very disappointed with this product. The quality is much worse than shown in the pictures, and it stopped working properly after a few days of use. It feels cheap and not worth the money at all. Customer service was also not helpful. I would not recommend buying this product.

This app is absolutely useless; they're not delivering my parcels. They don't arrive on time, and they don't even arrive after the scheduled time, neither do I call. Parcels on prepaid orders simply disappear. never order in this app anymore।
The return policy is changed and it's irritating, I have to return the product by myself through post and the payment process takes a lot of time. Very poor service by amazon
