Says it will accept all types of file formats and yet it bounces back every different format I've sent to my Kindle email or uploaded directly from the website or shared directly with the app from my downloads. It only works immediately with books that you purchase directly from Amazon. It used to be an amazingly reliable app and has now been enshitified. So sad to see it take such a bad turn.
This book is a fabricated lie and scam.
The new update is horrendous and makes the app so confusing. Like I want to see my downloaded and non downloaded books..nope not any more. Like how can you do update and reduce the usefulness of an app. It used to be 5 star now it is honestly a 1 star. Typical updates to make an app even more user unfriendly. Urghhh
You do not have a PC app or a Update for the PC app. You do not list my PC as one of the devices I have the app installed on. I have it on my phone my tablet AND MY PC. Though your set said it needs to be updated, but you do not have a updated listed anywhere>
They just shut down my tablet from using this app. I paid for years to use this app and now they are trying to force me to buy a new device.

I don't understand why I need this app when I was able to download ebooks directly to my laptop before having to instal/use this app. It seems pointless.
I don't recommend for ppl who are in kuwait but it's good but the problem u can't buy book u must use a web so if u are in kuwait I don't recommend this
When you download a book you want it gives you something completely different can't get the book you want totally useless.
too much begging for feedback
So, this is annoying. Some of my books after reading for a few minutes it freezes the app. I have to close it and restart it. Not sure why it is doing that. Not all books just some. Hopefully that issue gets fixed. Some are new and some are older.
make sure to block background network access... freezes constantly while trying to provide "device feedback" that includes entirely too much personal information... Hello *Big Brother*

I cannot access my library have bought several books and am constantly being told they are in my library ? where are they ? where is my library?
I got my first Kindle in 2009 and replaced it in 2012 with a paperwhite. Now I can use it anymore. So I started reading on the app. Now the app is sluggish and often non responsive. Time to leave Kindle?? Probably

cant read certain books cause it keeps on telling me to do an update yet the app is up to date.... Very disappointed in this app

It's super hard to cancel Kindle, you can't do it in the app or on Amazon, why do they make it so impossible to quit?
Had real potential. The latest update makes the app crash when exiting a book. Please fix it im unable to read anything!!

When it works, it is the best for reading books, BUt it is SO MUCH TROUBLE! Constant problems!
