They keep closing my account whenever I try to purchase a book they even close my account after I successfully bought a book. Sending them your bank statements ID's and any information won't help as later on they will message you that "they made the final decision to close your Amazon account." Their customer service doesn't even deserve a single star.

why i can't buys any e books from this apk they telling its against thier policy then what is purpose of apk any way just remove it from playstore

have a lot of trouble reading books now through this program
Annoying and distracting time consuming issue: Just an accidental light touch of the screen immediately highlights several lines of the screen, not waiting for a following action the reader might need, but to permanently highlight it unless you pull up the highlight menu and disable the highlighting on the affected text.
ive loved this app on my tablet until half my unread downloaded samples & paid for books have disapeared. very upsetting.
prices are terrible. drm on older paperwhite dossnt work for new books.
dictionary does not work well. when selecting a word, it will select the punctuation automatically but then it cannot find the word in the dictybecause it has a punctuation ❗
highlighting features always give me problems. there is no way to disable the keyword search from popping up when selecting a word to highlight. then the highlighting feature stops working and either doesn't add highlight or won't load until u reopen the app. frustrating!
Frustrating as whenever I'm wanting to listen to an audiobook with my unlimited subscription it stops becoming an audiobook in the middle of the book! Considering a different way to read or another ereading app!
