The fact that you can't download podcasts for offline listening to your phone or smartwatch is a deal breaker. The only way to listen to podcasts on those devices is to eat into my phone's data plan which is 5GB each month. If I go over that, I incur additional data charges. So beware!

Ive had to uninstall and reinstall several time to find no solution. this app keeps getting worse and worse. its like the developers have filtered glasses on, explain how they cant get it right. pretty sad actually. especially when YouTube or Spotify has much better suggestions than the same song greyed out next to the same song. one works for a couple days and then another skip.

Had to dig around in the settings menu, and after some searching found the option. But the app was still not turning off autoplay. Forced close the app, restarted it and it appeared it was finally turned off. Except that when my playlist ended, instead of looping back to the first song like I wanted it to, it reverted back to autoplay even though the option was off.
this is a very expensive app and they have had years to develop it, but still it is ridfked with bugs. Often it won't play songs at all. On multiple devices a playlist will have different counts of songs for the same playlist. if a song is on multiple playlists, often it will just choose not to appear on more than 1. if a song is on a playlist, it will not exist when you play the full album. many other bugs too. Hire some damn developers.

music always lags.
Great selection of music. Nocked off one star because app keeps stopping. Taken anther star as unless the extra premium is paid each month the app still keeps stopping and have to start all over again. This is not good enough. Nocking another star off as issues have not been remidied. Only time this app works properly is when you pay the extra premium that's another £120 a year. Not for me!!!!
I have been using this app to 10 days and audio quality is very bad it's too bad . I use before apple music and those quality is like banger awesome audio quality
i keep setting up Autopay for this app but it shows that there was some kind of error from their end i had to cancel my Autopay 3 times It kept making me repeat the same thing over and over again but no results
the advirtisement of the apps is poping up and not streaming any music
This app has so many bugs, that is is becoming unusable. The UI feels like I am using Android from 2015. I was willing to ignore all that because it was free with Prime subscription, but now important features of this app are also getting paywalled. Would not recommend to pay for this buggy mess at all.

Consistent Errors! Used to be amazing, but since they revamped it, nothing but consistent errors and frustration. Whenever you try to add songs to a Playlist, you'll randomly get a notice stating "Error adding song to Playlist"! Also, don't expect and newly created Playlist you create to stick around! Ever since their last update, Playlist get deleted and/or songs removed entirely. Absolutely ridiculous especially since we pay for Prime Membership. Technology was built to fail, get it together!

finding amazon music quite frustrating with android auto. everytime I use it it doesn't auto start. I have to find a playlist which then starts from the beginning again! if I add to a playlist android auto won't see the new songs and starts from a song I added weeks ago. meaning I have to physically pick up the phone and start it from the beginning! why can't it work loke Spotify. haven't used for months yet it continues from where I left it!!!
It goes off CONSTANTLY no matter what device I use. Hard to figure out what it will actually let you listen to.

i think the song are okay but you don't get all of the artists albums
not very easy to navigate or find the music you want. it has limited playlists and the playlists it has, don't keep getting updated. The music will often stop playing for no reason. it often doesn't connect to my local network so I have to force stop it and reopen before it connects.
Extremely Irritating! They force-feed songs and commercials!
Update: the app is buggy as heck. I can't even like songs due to some error. It's the same on desktop. I literally. Can't like any songs. Amazing FLAC music! Never had an issue with the app. Using a Galaxy Note20 Ultra.
