I have been an Amazon seller since 2017 selling makeup products. Recently 1 of my non-branded (generic) products which had a 4.3 rating, received a comment claiming it was fake. Based on this, Amazon deactivated my seller account, shutting down my business overnight. I fully cooperated by deleting the listing and all its variants and also submitted purchase invoices. Despite this, Amazon is now asking for a brand authorization letter for a generic product, without clearly specifying which brand
Fix the "PAY ME" BUTTON!! Makes you login even though already logged in, then loads endlessly until closing out of the app and coming back to hit it again with ease that time. Having to do this every single night is driving me mad! Please put it back to the one click "pay me."

Bad for Nigerians if you are a Nigerian don't download because Nigeria is not part of the trade option and even if you skip that you will later face it when they send your code because you won't be able to check it because Nigeria is not part of their option. Amazon leader thanks for wasting my data .sorry if this hurt but I am seriously disappointed
we need a class action lawsuit please . you claim to let us pay the fees per diem ( item) but actually it's charged monthly even for small businesses. it's impossible and inaccessible for anybody in the USA. I wonder how much I've been charged for not even being a seller ? If you're in China this app may be for you .
Worst Service Experience in last 8 years: Amazon does not pick up orders frequently under Easy Ship & charges cancellation fees, and also they aren't returning removal units to the seller after switching to FBA. They disposed of my units after raising multiple complaints

the most horrible selling platform. selling on Amazon in Egypt is extremely bad. zero customer service, you don't receive your returns back, you get charged even when you didn't receive your items, delivery pick up guys never come. customer service doesn't do anything about anything

My experience with Amazon Seller Central has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Despite putting in consistent effort to list and optimize my products according to their guidelines, there has been little to no visibility or sales. The platform gives the impression of opportunity, but in reality, it feels like small or new sellers are completely ignored. What makes the situation worse is the lack of effective customer support. Reaching out for help is practically useless

I’m facing serious issues with the Amazon Seller app. The app is very slow and laggy. I tried for almost 2 hours to create a listing, but I still could not complete it because the app keeps freezing/loading slowly.
Pay me button does not work. Difficult to navigate, i prefer the website.

I use to sell 50+ items a month on Scamazon for over 15 years. Since I refuse to pay for additional overpriced ad services, my listing were hidden, resulting in fewer sales. Due to slow sales, Scamazon deactivated my account. Their reactivation process doesn't work, & you can't contact them, you just get canned responses. No big deal, I do just fine selling on Ebay, Walmart & my website, so it's their loss & they can keep their site, but I'm done buying their cheap chinese knockoff garbage also.
most of the time main features like dispatch, buy/print order label not working. Now from 1 month almost only few features working you can't even send a message tu customer.

yesterday I listed six items relatively the same one of them was kicked out and it needs more reviewing by your internal team for 48 hours this model differs none from anything else other than the model is a different type of penguin no other information is required no one can reply to my questions here on help the support team's not getting back to me with any information after what's wrong yet they're going to block my item for 48 hours or longer I'm entitled to an answer yet I get none
Some functions will not work with mobile, but yet you are expected to do it somehow. Like replacing Credit Card on file
i download the package slip and waiting for dilivery boy pickup but barcode is not scan why ! download repeat the package slip again and download different barcode slip and dilivery boy denied pick up my parcel. for two days . way same product printing different two barcode? it's unnecessary
