not very pleased Amazon is very shistly I definitely plan on deleting this app and not returning to Amazon shopping, they still charge you for the free trial anything to take your money, I'm done feeding a billionaire who is only concerned with taking my money and not how a service can help me as well!
customer care non existent. 0rder that i placed keeps going back & forward to a collection point. Not delivered, no explination, no help when I call, no empathy from staff & then left on hold with no answer from a manager. This has happened before. Ive tried to be reasonable and get my order redelivered to another address, but apparently that cant be done. Extremely bad service especially when I pay for a "prime" service. The only thing prime & gaurenteed is your non existent options are.

Do not add friction when I am trying to give you my money unless you would like me to stop giving you my money. Amazon advertises many Prime items as delivering in two days to my address. But after you place the order and pay, the delivery date suddenly changes to a week and a half-or even two weeks. It feels misleading because the fast delivery promise is what encourages you to buy, only for the estimate to change after checkout. This is exactly why I canceled my Prime membership before. I thought things would improve now that COVID-related shipping issues are largely over, but I'm still seeing the same

Ridiculous & disgusting that I have to use AI to search now. There's no way to turn it off. ITS ALSO SO SLOW AND FLAWED. ENOUGH WITH AI.
For the last year I order something, it never shows up, I contact amazon, they refund me, I order something else, it never shows up... on and on. They always refund it to a gift card because they're waiting for me to give up so they can just keep my money for free. Third-party sellers have turned Amazon into a scam site.
Alexa for shopping needs a toggle or something. It is slowing the app and adding more clutter to my searches.
The 1-click buy is absolutely terrible and there's no way to turn it off.

update: you can no longer reach customer service which actually isn't legal. filling a federal complaint. My stuff never gets delivered within two days, stuff comes damaged, and the app BARELY FUNCTIONS
Why cant I add to an open grocery order thats not due for another day????? I've called amazon several times and no one can help!!! they have no idea how to fix the issue that they admitted is a system malfunction!!! meanwhile im paying a subscription and if I want to add to my order I have make a new order and pay a separate fee!!!! This is NOT the Amazon of old. This is nothing more than Temu USA. They've done away with customer service for sponsorship monies and third party fulfillment. Straight trash. DO NOT USE WITHOUT CROSSING PRODUCTS OR PURCHASE WITH (non-Amazon) AI.
paying for prime is useless and every order is always pushed back past the delivery date at check out. This issues has been brought up with customer service and always told this will be the last time. I live in the biggest city in the province and can't get reliable service.
I am extremely disappointed with this service. I ordered toys and clothes for my baby, and up until the last minute, the tracking showed it was on time and had dispatched from the final delivery station. However, after 12:00 AM, the status suddenly changed to show a "delivery issue," and the order was canceled without my consent. This is completely unacceptable. We were eagerly expecting these items for our child. I need a clear explanation for this sudden cancellation and a quick resolution.
With the update on my Samsung Flip 7, Amazon seems to be terrible and just in time for Prime Day! Makes mw not wanna buy anything! I can't see pics or videos in reviews and I can't even see how many items I have in my cart. Come on Bezos! You're a freaking billionaire! Fix your freaking app!
i checked my past purchased items from 2015 up to recent and i noticed ALOT of purchased items under my name but i dont remember buying at all nor being delivered at all. they are all unfortunately have been charged on MY card. my account had been def hacked in the past especially between 2016=2020
The AI customer service chat bot is the most useless waste of resources. It's almost like it's an intentional hindrance meant to deter customers from getting help. And if you request a "live customer service agent" it directs you to self help solutions. I don't think you can actually communicate with a human anymore. And it seems that Bezos is fine with this and as a result I'm generally considering just cancelling prime at this point which I've had a membership since it was started.
the items I purchased was not what ordered and it took to long to get my refund
Amazon scams people out of money daily, I do believe that I placed an order yesterday and the app said that if added more item totalling 25 more dollars I would receive my order overnight and that after I paid more when ordered just to get it overnight, but I need a couple more items, and guess what it 4 pm now and I was supposed to get the order this morning between 4am and 8am and as of 15 minutes ago items still have not shipped, needless to say I will never use them again.

This app is no longer usable with the AI integration. I can't just search what I want to purchase anymore without getting a bunch of nonsense. Better to switch to Walmart+ by far!
if ur delivery trucks stop at yellow lights, it's not asap, i call bs, also the trucks delay traffic, and that blinking yellow light that comes on when they brake, apparently for no reason, is distracting and blinding if it's raining, who else does that?
