can't pay for prime because Google play has my account linked and won't let me pay for it. Amazon told me I need to contact Google support to unlink my account, but oh wait, Google doesn't use the support number Amazon provides you, because it doesn't exist anymore...Thank you google, ill be using Bing and Yahoo for now on
not a single person that i can contact for my issue. I keep getting sent to AI that doesn't understand, or a help menu that is not help. I made an order. After that order was sent, someone... not me, put a one time password for delivery. I did not ask for this. now I am having trouble contacting anyone who can help me change this, because I am at work all day... Also the circular logic on the help menu is even more frustrating. I have screen shots.

I wanted to thank Jeff Bozo for stopping Android tablet support because I struggle to see the phone screen and it will save me so much $$$$ not surfing a shopping app!! $190 Subscription for "free" shipping = marketing ploy. Shipping is just ADDED to the prices.

so Amazon have found yet another way to ruin their business by hiring the companies like YunExpress and JY Express to deliver their packges, my packages were due 3 days ago and they say In the morning that your package is out for delivery and at 9 o'clock at night it says your package is delayed for last 3 days, contacted the seller advised by Amazon it's been 3 days no response from the seller in China yet😡

Don't ever pay off your credit card or waste money on prime. I paid off my credit card and the put a hold on my account, now all my orders get cancelled and I cant even cancel my prime membership. They said it was due to an outstanding balance? I dont have any outstanding balance never missed a payment an have several payment methods available. I just keep getting "wait 24 hours" you were sent to the wrong department. It's been over a week now and still i get "wait 24 hours"!
delivery drivers are great. it's the online support. I've tried to post reviews on a product for 7 days straight and it never posts. can't trust Amazon reviews at all anymore. they community guideline you even when your review doesn't violate anything. puts the whole "rating" system into question.
Customer service does not know what is going on with orders and is not in America. All of them speak with hard to understand accents and lie when they don't know what to say. I have screen shots to prove it, wish I could upload them. Very disappointing when they assure you an order is coming and say not to worry and then it gets canceled with no explanation.

There is effectively no customer service anymore. the updated app essentially makes it impossible to get in touch with a live person. I have been ordering on my account for nearly 8 yrs and all of the sudden it says my address doesn't exist and wants me to change it to an address that doesn't actually exist and there is no way to contact anyone to fix this.

Amazon does everything it can to take as much money from you as possible. They're price gouging like crazy
imagine making people pay over price for stuff when I can get it from other shops like aliexpress amd temu that has better discounts and also deals on halo lego sets that you guys are selling for 500 dollars when i can get the halo pelican or a halo scorpion for like 100 dollars or 70 dollars you guys are a bunch of rip offs and im happy im buying from aliexpress because I get all my gundams and armored core model kits and lego from there so enjoy never getting money from me lol

Approaching 3 months later and my order still has not shipped.
This app is clunky and borderline unusable compared to the browser version. I only downloaded it because Amazon has made it impossible to access customer support about an order from a mobile browser, forcing me to the app to get even the bare minimum accountability and refund for an order that was never delivered. I'm disappointed but not surprised that Amazon is prioritizing monetizing my data over user experience.
app is fine, But if your platform is going to promise something with same-day delivery then you need to keep that timetable. if you can't fulfill that promise then you should be refunding us and eating the lost income... At this point I would have just gone and picked up what I ordered in the store despite the fact it would mean going out of my way
Amazon does not deliver products but claims they do. when you ask for a refund for the products you never received, Amazon says you have to return them before you can be refunded. this is happening increasingly as time goes on. not a trustworthy shopping platform anymore.
