someone keeps using my account and there is no way for me to stop them. AMC is of no help and have horrible customer service. 😕

horrible ordering. very confusing . They upcharge you for everything. what a rip off greedy corporation. I wanted to just order frys so it took like 5 minutes because they want you to spend 20 not 5. and you get about a dozen frys for about $6.
I'd give them less if I could.
I can't long in on the app not on line always get a failure to fetch. Tried everything to get it to work. I pay for this each year and this is crazy that It doesn't tell me my info is wrong but just get an error.
This app does not always work properly and then if you have questions or concerns there is no customer service to call everything has to be done via email and that is the most annoying and frustrating part of this app.
Come on guys, fix your app! New New issue, im trying to but a ticket for tomorrow, April 29th, and everytime i go to add a food order, the app freezes. everytime I reopen the app and start all over again, the seat that I wanted is now occupied! ive tried restarting my phone and that didn't help. ive done this cycle 3 times already. its not my internet, thats got 5 bars!
Never works with new update. Keep resetting password and it doesn't work.
I am never allowed to sign in or reset my password. there's always an oops message or my authentication can't be validated. It's ridiculous! This should be fixed.

chairs are lame, screen is small why pay 23 a month for nothing. my first time buying cinemark i already had a ticket for free. and it was 10 a month never again.
I was charged 3x for tickets to a movie, and never received the tickets.

purchases do not work for my android Galaxy s21 ultra. I've tried logging in on apple devices, and my account works there instead. Android sucks!

Terrible app!! Thought I'll Download so I can easily access my tickets when I get to the theater. After installing I try to sign in, it keeps showing error message. So I thought I'll change the password to see if that helps, nope still won't allow me to sign in. But I WAS allowed to sign in with the same account thru Chrome/web browser. until it locked me out SMH. Unless

Completely fails in the one job it's intended to do: let people buy tickets. When the app can't process a payment on PayPal, card, and Google Pay but the website works fine, the only conclusion to draw is that this app is worth less than used toilet paper.
says recliner but no they are not. no toilet paper in ladies bathroom. very disappointed.

I went to see a movie recently and wanted to use my my stubs insider account and for some reason it wouldn't work. I couldn't get it to work ahead of time and then I couldn't get it to work at the theater and so I had to pay full price. it really irritated me because I rarely get to go to the movies because I live on a fixed income and because I thought it was going to be half price. I offered to pay for someone else's ticket and it ended up costing me $26 and change get two tickets.
It signed me out and won't open. keeps telling there's an error.
oops an error occurred again and again I just bought 4 tickets in the app and paid for food twice and then when I go to scan into the theatre I'm not logged in and can't sign in because oops an error occurred? I want to order more food but can't get back into the app now. Really inconvenient.
get oops when trying to access scan code to get points. no points for today's visit and purchase because it did not work

the Michael Movie was great! the price on Jr. mints box of candy $6.50, that's robbery.
constantly gives errors or doesn't load. sometimes can't even sign in.
This is among the worst apps I have, and I've had it for years. When I purchase tickets, it tells me there's an error but the purchase often goes through. So the only way I know if I actually got my tickets is by checking to see if my credit card was charged. And I can't remember a time where I've been able to open the barcode on the app for my tickets, I always have to pull up the corresponding email. Awful app, do better AMC.
Well, now I see why AMC doesn't have up charges in IMAX, 3D, etc for its Stubs members... The theaters are ancient, old style theater seats that are filthy and cramped, "IMAX" screens that are too small to be called IMAX, and popcorn that tastes like chemicals...
