The app itself is convoluted, however the bigger issue is the company itself. they do not have customer service at all, meaning there is no phone number or chat function cause they dont have any staff. Any emails will get you an automatic response telling you to check the faq, but will never have a person or even an ai respond to you. every attempt to either use this app, the a list program, or any other interaction has been a huge hassle with no possible means of resolution

they make it as hard as possible to contact them with issues.
Not intuitive. Can't filter by just the theaters you actually go to. When a movie isn't out yet and you're looking at seats, you have to constantly scroll down to the dates you're looking at; it's not out yet, why does it default to "Today" every time!? App glitches regularly. Reservations don't show up, some won't cancel and get deducted from your weekly A-List count even after you cancel, and there's no way to chat with support. Emailing through the contact form doesn't work, no one responds.

Updating this review because like others I haven't been able to log into the app in what seems like forever. Please fix this (and simplify the UI while you're at it) and I'll be glad to update my rating.

App constantly having issues/errors when trying to log in.
everytime I open it, I have to log back in. the last 2 days... it wont let me log in... I even do password resets.... and it wont let me log in. Just keeps giving random error... have to use the website instead... and I've Uninstalled amd reinstalled the app multiple times, too
App shows error when I try to login
I am trying this app again after a 2-year hiatus and surprised that it has gotten worse - now it just doesn't work at all. Every time I try to log in I get some generic message "an error has occured". I've flushed the cache, reinstalled the app, and tried a few other things but nothing fixes it. I like the A-list program but I'm surprised in the vibe coding age they still haven't been able to get a simple app working - one of the exec's kids could literally do this over a weekend...

This app use to be great, now all i ever get is an error had occurred and i can not sign in.
only on the app i cannot log in. I'm an a-list member having the use my Firefox browser to log in each time bc every time I try to log in on the app 'an error occurs' and I'm unable to show a barcode when checking out at the theater because of this.

Switched from Cinemark for A-List, but your UI is frustrating. Active reservations often disappear from the main screen, frustratingly hunting tickets down in History. Also, for presales, we must scroll through empty dates instead of jumping straight to the premiere like Cinemark does. Please separate Fan Events, early screenings, and standard versions into another tab; having 3 cluttered versions of the same movie completely ruins the entire booking flow. Take notes from Cinemark’s clean UI!
I can't log in
Frequently unable to login. I received an error message that says "oops there was an error". This makes it impossible to use my Stubs membership to purchase tickets in the app. SO FRUSTRATING!!
I can log into my account on the website just fine. When I try to log into the app it just says "oops, an error occurred". No one I have asked knows what the issue is.
