I can't cancel my subscription
this is the worst streaming service i have ever used. it overheats my phone to dangerous levels, the stream itself is so bad in quality, dark scenes look like puppet shadows and the bitrate never goes above 2mb. do not use this app.

I received a 30 day free trial code from Expedia. I never had AMC before so I figured why not? Created an account, except the button to enter the promo code was grayed out with no way to enter the code without paying. The only option was a 7 day trial and pay after option. Forget it, app uninstalled. What a waste of time.

This app would be great if it didn't take up so much data. Make it so it wouldn't take up so much data! I need to change my password because I forgot it this app does not allow you to change a password it wants me to give it the current password which I don't remember. this does not make sense so I need to cancel this subscription.
The app sticks on loading and never opens. It's amazing that they can get the standalone Shudder app to work, but not the flagship channel app. Do better, or continue losing subscribers! For what AMC charges, you'd think they could afford to hire some software devs.
for those that want to cancel and can't from the app store. Delete the app and a message should come in stating that this action won't cancel your subscription but then it gives the option to manage the subscription and then you can cancel. hope this helps
It won't let me in the app..and I want to cancel my subscription it's very frustrating.
this app is taking my money for subscription which I didn't subscribe to and when I try to take off the subscription there is no way to do it it's like there is no trace !!! I need my money back!!!!

definitely getting rid of this service, doesn't even open on my galaxy. it will sure as hell show the amc+ transition screen, but then it's just a loading signal for 20 minutes. I've tried updating the app and my phone and still trash.
