APP SUCKS! You can't even reliably login to the app! login functionality doesn't even work
can't give me a simple receipt its actually insane the amount of hoops I am having to go through cause they refuse to give me a simple receipt
American Airlines wheelchair personnel set me up to be robbed shook down. put me with two of his partners in crime in Columbia. 10 dollar tip wasn't enough his partners in. time had my luggage and was walking away . They only stopped because the wheelchair guy chased them made them give him more money. I had to follow them to the upstairs parking garage. The one guy wanted 100.00 for carrying my bags . Gave driver 200.00 . peso. 2 minutes later wanted 400.00 more. made him pull over
fly with any other airline before choosing american. the absolute worst service I have ever received from any airline and I fly alot
Hard coding 12 hour time is ridiculously bad design.

Doesn't work after newest update. It won't work on either of my two phones. now it works on iPhone but Android does not receive flight delay status, does not update to match time zone, and doeant load many other features.

How in the world can I be on the app looking at my flight, then everytime i click on something it asks me to login again. Developers and software people are robbing this company of their money.
