No notification when a supplementary card is charged.
customer support won't help you and will make all excuses instead ... however if you actually put in a request to cancel your card .... then the "retention" team will magically has all powers and approvals to resolve all your problems

I had a 15000 limit pushed to 7k only using 4k of the 15k limit. pushed usage from 35% to over 50% and hurt my credit score. based on my spending habits they said even though I was under 35% usage. I have other cards that treat me great that I've had longer and shorter periods of time

The app itself is quite good, but there are significant limitations. As someone who works in both Canada and the U.S., I have accounts in both currencies. Unfortunately, you can’t download both the U.S. and Canadian versions of the app on one phone. As a result, I need two phones just to manage my accounts on the go.

Doesn't work
After 6 years of perfect payments, Amex slashed my credit limit from $18,000 to $6,900 without notice. Customer service gave vague excuses and no real solution. If you value your time and money, think twice before using Amex - even loyal customers can be penalized harshly.
unable to login to my account. it constantly shows invalid password or incorrect password even after resetting the password multiple times. iOS version of the app works fine when logged -in with new password. fix this asap
needs to generate QR code for priority access from the app....not some website hidden in the fine print

This app is useless. It gives me notification I have a pending card charge, but when I open it, the app cannot find this transaction because I can only see posted transactions in the app. The functionality to see pending transactions is not implemented in the app. I have to open the website. They got it backwards, yet they charge premium to use the card because merchants complain it's expensive cost. If my work didnt force me to use this card I would have gone with Visa or MasterCard.

I will apply for the TD Aero plan when we return to Canada 🇨🇦. keep in mind, this company can screw you over at any moment. Its in the fine print
