サービスがひどすぎるし誤解を生むようなキャンペーンを行う悪質会社。チャットで、担当者に繋がったのでメッセージを打つと即座に「繋がるまで最大30分お待ち下さい」と何度も繰り返されて非常にイライラ。初めての経験。文句を言ったら「返信が遅いと切断することがあります」。いや、長文でテキスト入力してるのに３分だけで切断？（スクショあり）しかも無言切断を複数回したってこと？さらに悪質なのはキャンペーンとして謳っていたスタバチャージがキャンペーン登録必須らしいのに登録可能な一覧に表示されないため、リワードプラスのように既にに登録されていると誤解しチャージしたら適用外とのこと。結局キャンペーン一覧に表示されたのは数日後。こんなにレベルが低いのに高い年会費を取るのがアメックスらしい。とりあえず後者に関しては消費者センターに報告
hard to use
不明な利用明細があったので問い合わせたら何も情報がないとのことで自分で調べないといけないとのこと。長年使ってきましたが、継続利用に非常に不安を感じるので問題解決次第利用を辞めます。

You people should make your Amex apps available from any country! I can't DL the app for my US card! Even in the web browser if I follow a link to the US app the install is grayed out and can't be clicked. Do you people think nobody travels internationally?!

家族カードの場合、締め日が来るまで合計金額が見れなくて不便なので合計金額を見れるようにしてほしい

It's really frustrating that I can only install Japanese version (this one) and it is not usable with my US cards.
If you have a US card, you cannot access it from this application. US cards cards require thd US app which is only available on the US Google Play store. Google only allows you to switch country stores once a year. AMEX needs to better consider the needs of customers who are increasingly mobile and global.

Can't find the English version
Everything is in Japanese here. . It must have language option for foreigners.
I can ONLY download the Japanese version of this app but can't read a single word to use the app! Totally USELESS and there is no way to download the English version--TOTALLY FRUSTRATED!
Does anyone else think it's completely ridiculous that this is the only AMEX app that those of us living in Japan can download? I'm a US platinum card holder but can't even check my account on the go because: 1.everything is in Japanese and 2. my login credentials won't even work on this app. Behind the times AMEX can take a lesson from Chase and Discover on this one and allow travelling US customers to download a readable/usable app.

システムからの応答がありませんの一点張り。肝心の暗証番号のロック解除が出来ない
利用額の区切りが先月と今月のどこで区切られているのか相変わらずわからない。本当に何故いつまでこの仕様にこだわっているのか謎です。改善をお願いします。 また利用履歴のPDFがアプリからダウンロードできないので不便です。 何かをやるにしてもWEBに誘導されるのでアプリの存在意義が不明になってきました。 特にカード付帯の特典について、簡単に使わせないようにしている節があり、ユーザーフレンドリーではありません。 2023年2月 限度額確認がアプリのどこにあるのかわかりにくい。普通はメニューにあるはずでしょう。しかし深いところにあって全然場所がわかりません。 ご利用状況をクリックしたら出てくるのですが、何故か限度額額の確認だけ、テキストのカラーが違うので、これまた探しにくいです。メニュー画面に追加してくたさい。
