says my account is locked when it try to login. no problem logging in on computer.
Not good, no map view, not even distance from the location. Constant log outs and asking for a new code over and over. Can't book the night of if it's after 8pm for me. You need your plans set. Would trash it, if not for my card benefits.

Does not work, won't even open or let me sign on. Says come back later. Has been saying the same thing for weeks now.
Hotel search function is missing map view and distance from city. These are available on the web but not on the app.
why isn't the app available on Pixel 10 Pro Fold. I have a new device that's now 6 months old and yet this app is not available.

Ridiculous timeout and Lacks filters - This app, like the Amex account app, times out in five minutes and loses all state making you start searches at ground zero. It also lacks filters for hotel brand or name. Pretty much a carbon copy of the website that is just as bad. Drops session state when booking flights. I need to switch to Chase Sapphire.
One of the most pathetically ranked companies in the world. Absolutely terrible customer service. Their employees are seemingly trained to be intentionally rude and combative. find anyone else to use.
Nice app, but still no way to check lounge availability.
It makes you login to launch the app, then again to try and do anything. I gave it the benefit of the doubt, but it's really no good. It somehow does travel worse than the normal AmEx app.
I was hoping the entire point of this separate app was to be able to explore travel without a silly 5 minute automatic log out that the core banking app has... but no, same ridiculous time out. Already logged me out once midway booking a trip... get your stuff together Amex, this is literally the only reason (yet a big one) why I'm thinking of moving everything to Chase or Citi. if it wasn't for the time out issue, the rest of the app is lovely... which is why it's not 1 star
