Muy mala experiencia con Amovens. El 31 de enero la app no funcionaba al devolver un vehículo en Alicante, fue imposible acceder durante más de 20 minutos para validar el radio. Atención al cliente confirmó incidencias en la aplicación y me indicó cerrar la reserva enviando fotos por email. El agente confirmó que el coche estaba bien estacionado y cerró la reserva. Días después aplican un cargo injusto de 70 € y se desentienden del problema. Cero responsabilidad cuando la app falla.

Amovens is a disaster. 👎 After 6+ months, I can say most cars are priced like traditional car rentals (Sixt/Europcar), and cheaper ones are poorly maintained. Plus, the high refueling charge is a trap. Worst: The expensive insurance option is useless. When an owner filed a suspicious claim weeks after my rental period, support offered zero help, forcing a lengthy, incorrect insurance claim process and disabling my account. Go elsewhere! Car-sharing isn't worth this mess.

Les doy una estrella por el pésimo servicio de atención al cliente que tuve. Esto es lo que me pasó: - el dueño del coche me dice que tengo 1400km incluidos en el precio. - Amovens me dice que tengo 935km incluidos. Osea yo, como cliente, me encontré en una situación de informaciónes discordantes. Total que tuve que pagar 80€ por usar 1200km. 60€ se los tomó el dueño del coche 20€ se los tomó Amovens. Y así se hacen estafas. Bien hecho!
Rubbish app and company. Hidden charges and added fees at every step. Avoid at all costs.
App has a lot of big and pretty Slow. I lost 30 minutes waiting for the App to upload the pictures before the rental and I could only use the car 45 min later and still play the full price. Costumer Service is always busy so not way to get problem fix by them. Thank to the car owner I could get in contact with the customer service and they just said: ops that's strange Sorry 😐.
Una experiencia desastrosa. No recomiendo esta app a nadie. Tuve una experiencia terrible con Amovens. El propietario del vehículo alegó falsamente que había cenizas dentro del coche, algo completamente absurdo ya que nunca he fumado en mi vida. Sin previo aviso, la aplicación me descontó 150 euros y no me dieron derecho a reclamar ni defenderme. Es evidente que la plataforma protege únicamente a los propietarios, dejando totalmente desamparados a los usuarios. Amovens no ofrece garantías.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I DIDNT GET A CAR AND THEY TOOK MY MONEY! I do not recommend this app!!! on my first ever rental I was given address of the location of the car by the app, i arrived at this adress and car was not there. I contacted the owner and he said car is now at different location and it will take him some time to bring me the car, I asked to cancel my rental as I had no time to wait. I then contacted the app support and asked for my €21 to be refunded to which they said no.
Cuando necesitas prolongar el alquiler se bloquea, deja de aparecer la opción de retrasar la entrega por mucho que el dueño la desbloquee y empieza a cobrarte el retraso por minuto. Sin avisar, claro. Acabé pagando lo mismo por entregar a la mañana siguiente lo mismo que por una semana de alquiler.
Taking photos for insurance from the app didn't work. Luckily we had a friend with an IPhone where the app worked. Other than that, the rental experience was great, thanks. But please fix the app.
Lack of transperency with the booking. We live in a big city, with no parking. At the return of the car (only then) it said that it is street parking, we could find parking on time, as it took us 30 minutes to find parking, we were late 17 minutes due to this with the return, and they fined us with extra 8 euros, which is 30% of the booking fee. The owner of the car was non responsive, and Amovens refused to cancel this unfair fine. In bottom line, normal car rental would cost us the same.
its taking to much money without reason
Cuidado! Realizo un alquiler. En el momento de ir a x el, él dueño dice que no dispone de ese coche y que ya avisó a amovens de que lo quitara. Se lo digo a amovens y ellos no me van a devolver el dinero ni van a hacer nada. Tengo q hablarlo de nuevo con el supuesto propietario. Ellos se llevan la comisión pero si no se hacen responsables si algo va mal. Siendo así, cualquier persona puede poner coches ficticios en alquiler, cobrar por ellos sin que pase nada ya que Amovens no va a hacer nada.
Era la mejor app de intercambio de viajes y ahora la han arruinado centrándola en alquiler de coches. Además no te deja escoger sólo viaje de ida. Desinstalando.
The keyless system was not working well, I spent a lot of time calling amovens support many times, I couldn't return the car because of the failure of the keyless system and amovens charged me for everything. They refunded me only 2.79 euros. This company is a joke!
Functionality is subpar, It glitches out. Customer support is incredibly poor, and overall, customer experience is dismal
Problems returning the car: I couldn't return the car for 2hours due to technical issues with the app. In the meanwhile Almovens was charging me for every delayed minute. I couldn't reach their customer service and the owner of the car had to come after 2 hours of waiting & struggle in a garage during midnight. Almovens untill today still want to charge me a delay fee. Neither did I get a response via email.

For three months I tried to get a clear answer from them. Several times they told me I didn’t owe anything and that the issue would be resolved. Instead, after all that time, they sent a law firm to charge me again.
Excellent Idea but it doesn't make simply for the users. Charge with extra cost without confirm what it happens...
Amovens offers good prices and variety, but my 16-day rental was disappointing. A fragile luggage cover in the Seat Leon broke with normal use; I suspect it was pre-damaged. Despite this and other existing damage, Amovens charged 300€ full price of a new part, and kept my 200€ deposit, without proof of repair and without letting me update my review on their platform. Poor customer service and overpriced cost of minor damage for the whole price of a new part.
Me había funcionado estupendamente hasta hace 2 meses. Hice un alquiler qué salió mal, el coche me dejó tirado al poco de cogerlo. Tuve que esperar una grúa 2 horas y no pude ir a donde quería y perdí la tarde. Amovens solo me reconoció el 'tiempo no disfrutado' y me devolvió el 90% del monto (mes y medio después), o sea, que a pesar del perjuicio, terminé pagando 12 euros por pasar un mal rato.
The idea behind the app is great - However, the actual customer experience ends up being worse than a car rental company. In the end, there is so little regulation on the car owners that in the two experiences I had with this app, the car owners tried to scam me out of money. Neither situation would happen with a rental car company. The Amovens team is nice, but they need to implement tighter regulations on the car owners before I'd consider returning. Stay away for now if you're a renter!
