this is a scam that's stupid company stole my money. They pass before the time and said you're late to buy another ticket very expensive more than the first one.

Nothing but problems with purchasing tickets online. Amtrak tried to blame my bank but why is it only Amtrak that I have issues with. Ineffective & overpriced services. Not to mention I saw a wet moldy train on my last trip. I posted pics. Disgusted.

It is nice to see current train status, but navigation is difficult and confusing, and many things just bring you to the Website.
Can't log on. They've validated my email, I have an account, but the site and the app won't sign me in. When I contacted mobile services, they send me some computer generated stuff about what I can do now on my accout .
Is it so HARD to put the date of ARRIVAL on each segment in the upcoming tab? Also sometimes you can't cancel a segment. fix your app!!!!
app works well until I get to the traveler info page. that's as far as I can go. can not book a seat
The app will not apply current discount codes listed on their website with instruction for use on the app.
The app on my Android is much, much better than the online web site - but after 3 or 4 tries in the past 24 hours to book a reservation I haven't succeeded yet - I'm seriously considering spending the additional $300 and flying this trip. The app forgets what I was doing and asks me to log in again. If I follow a link for more information, it forgets everything I've entered. After I'm sure that I have entered everything correctly through payment, the "Purchase" is greyed out and inoperative.
