定期的にログアウトさせられるが、再ログイン時にパスワードの欄がテキストボックスになっているから、ログインしようとするとスマホのキーボードに入力履歴が反映されるカス仕様。 勝手にログアウトさせられるのも最悪。 だから他社に逃げられるんだよ。

I could not pay for my flight then my saved booking became unavailable. I went to Japan Airlines instead. No fuss.
Like with almost any Japanese software, once you sign up you'll get bombarded with spam emails - that you cannot switch off 100%. What's the point of having people download an app when then you still operate like in the 90s with spam newsletters??? Also, there's no point really to become an ANA member, because booking awards flights and using your miles is basically impossible. Stick to JAL.

今まで日本語で使ってたのですが、OSの言語は英語なので、とある更新のあと勝手に英語に変わったのですが、言語を個別に帰れない。言語変えようとするとOSの言語変更画面に移動される。 このアプリのためにOSの言語を変えるのはふざけている。

Repeatedly crashes
Probably the worst app I have ever used. Trying to creat a MPC Card is not very easy, always the same issue. Using Cell Phone, Tablet or Computer. HORRIBLE
Idiotic input requirements, like half width alphabet or numbers, don't understand what it is and regular input doesn't work. Waste of time

アップグレードポイントをスカイコインに変更しようとしても説明画面が表示されるだけ。 機能が実装されていないなら、選択肢として表示しないでほしい。最低のUI。
I have been trying to register to join the ANA milage club. It kept on rejecting my cell number. I even found a reptionist/desk worker inside the ANA lounge in Tokyo to help me go over the whole application on my cell phone. She was tryingvery hard. After many trials and over 30 minutes, she gave up and told me to call the customer service. I came up with the same problem as the previous writer. The application asked the AMC number, which I did not have. So the application was stuck right there.
Anyone know how to get the amc digital card? Downloaded the app but it needs a amc membership # which I can't get because I can't finish the freaking application so I can get a freaking membership number!

Their interface and login info is crazy and all mixed up compared to any airline app used. I was scheduled to fly internationally, and according to the app I didn't have a reservation. I did and flew but the interface is terrible. Your name will be messed up to fit in their window...so, your normal name doesn't exist!
Worst user experience of all my 150 apps. The most BASIC things you want to know such as all milage history & when can become Gold is nearly impossible to answer. The app has a MILLION words of text to read in it, but ZERO information of use
Don't let you switch between language. Insane.

The app is somehow worse than the already terrible web site which is amazing because the app is very much just a rerendering of your web pages. The app manages to shift you to a Japanese locale page such by clicking on 'use miles'. But you can get around that by clicking on many many links related to award booking through embedded texts in app thats basically from your site. Ultimately, the searching of award tix is terrible. And for all your work 99% of searches returns waitlisted tix. Awful.
The text is so difficult to read. Impossible to use because of the layout.
It crashes every time I open the link to foodpanda. Can't earn any mileage. Please fix.
言語設定をシステムの言語と切り離してほしい。 一部のコンテンツは日本語だけの提供になってるとのこと、それはそれでいいですが、アプリを日本語で使うためにシステム言語を英語から日本語に変えなきゃいけないのは困ります。
