terrible app. Can't login as guest. Can't look up your reservation. Totally useless.

not sur what's wrong but there is no way for me to cha ge th currency from gbp to my preferred currency
The worst application I have ever seen. When I tried to register my name, the app restricted me with some restrictions on my name especially it rearranged my name in the wrong order. Every time I make a booking and try to add the mileage number, the application can't accept because there is a mismatch between my name on the boarding pass and my name on the mileage club. Even the ANA staff members can't make anything!!!! AMAZING
keeps showing the wrong currency eveb though i've set it correctly!

why can't I change the currency and it just selected whatever currency it wants? why is both the app and the web version so slow? why can't I pay for better seats? and why error when paying? this is probably one of the worst experiences ever booking a flight.
horrible. shows more info that you can't even scroll over to view. online chat just sends u back to the portion of the app that you were having problems with. and goodluck getting ahold of anyone on the phone
Mobile app is horrible. ANA insisted that I spelled my name wrong and that I didn't know my own cell phone number. Fire your IT department and hire competent employees next time! Lucky for you, the JAL app is just as horrible.
worst app ever. not designed for 21st century
Absolutely worthless app. Very frustrating to navigate. The app is made pointless since you have to load your reservation details from your email everytime you want to look up booking details.

But the replacement they given is really out of selection due to my work schedule. ANA don't have the flexibility and is very demanding when it come with Involuntary Flight change. This app is so confusing and useless.

The logging in is impossible. Trying to reset anything is equally impossible. I managed to use this app once with great pain. It has not worked since, despite repeated attempts. ANA was great to fly on, but the app is all but worthless.

Horrible. Good Lord, probably the worst airline app of a modern country's air carrier. Almost nothing works properly. Good luck integrating reservations that weren't created inside the app itself. Having to switch to desktop login to do certain things also an indicator of a badly functioning app.
This app is pointless if you have to use the web browser anyway for local currency and better search functionality
did anybody test this mobile app?... cannot change seat reservations for two passengers despite plenty of alternative stats. very disappointing for otherwise great airline

Most useless app. First, it didn't like that I had more than one last names (I needed to combine the two). It never load up my upcoming trip. It just gives me "You have no reservation" error. Only occasionally it goes to a website and asks me about my cookie preferences every freaking time 🙄
I cannot change the currency to my country currency
freeze all time, never loads first time, have to refresh it and is super slow. things are not easy to find and when you find them they are like an old website with no functioning buttons

For Japan's largest airline, the app is terrible and it takes ages to respond, make changes, or enter information. ANA should look at the UA app and see what's best in class.

Very challenging to use. eg was not able to enter cellphone number in 11 digit format but was able to enter 11 digit number in home number field

The MOST confusing App. Couldn't see my bookings like other airline apps.

clunky and slow
No matter how many times I type in my reservation number and my name it will not pull up my reservation. it's app is never worked for me in the last 3 years. it's completely unusable. anybody making it work? I have no idea how you're doing it.
needs work
for such a good airline I don't understand why this app and their website is so terrible. I can't easily add a reward booking from air Canada in their app even if it's on an ANA flight 😡🤬 So stupid!
