will not says it can't connect to wifi but the wifi signal is good and it is the only app that has an issues wasted money on a subscription I can't use

Just downloaded app and it sucks . I’ve tried everything, uninstalled, unplugged television, reset router and all I get is nothing. I just subscribed to watch and can’t. So disappointed. I’ll try again tomorrow and if it’s not working . I’m canceling subscription!
I pay my subscription but always says it's having problems come back later when all the other apps work fine . sad shouldn't have to pay if I can't watch

We have canceled b4 because never lets us use the app after initial installation. Spent 2 more hours tonight trying to get it work and no luck. No customer support. Used AI chat and still nothing. Want a refund. Not fair pay each time and can’t use it. Definitely don’t recommend which is sad because we love the movies just can’t watch them now even tho paid again.
